Ricardo was an amazing host, checking in with us before, during and after our holiday. He accommodated us with an early check in even though it meant his team had to rush to get the apartment ready for us. The apartment itself is perfect and in a great location... Clean, modern and fully kitted out with everything you will need.The view from the balcony of the beach and old town was beautiful. There are plenty of sunbeds at the pool which is beautifully clean and maintained, so no rushing about to get a sunbed in the morning. We had a lovely holiday here and can't wait to return!😊

Excellent spacious apartment, great location close to the beach, easy check-in and check-out process. The host was very helpful and provided answers to all questions quickly. The apartment was close to amenities, close to the strip and a short taxi ride to the old town. Highly recommend , would stay again!

The location in the quiet area, 3 minutes walk to the sandy beach. Walking distance to several restaurants. The swimmingpool. We loved our apartment ! Private, gatet parking. Big terrace/balcony with great view. Good, comfortable bed. Kitchen with anything you might need available. We felt very much at home as it is also light and well decorated. Last but not least, our host Ricardo & Jennifer are superb: very kind, quick replies whatsapp, nice sense of humour.

Nice pool. Quiet neighborhood. Easy walk (downhill) to beautiful beach. Good restaurants within easy walking distance. Old Town is about a 30 minute walk or an easy drive.

Pillows could be better. If you plan to cook, bring condiments; no salt/pepper/spices/oil provided. Bring your own soap and shampoo.

Fantastic apartment for a couple. Washer/drier was a great bonus after a week of running around Porto, Lisbon, Faro, and everything in between. Great centrally located home base to visit coastal attractions from Sagres to Seville, Spain. View from the patio is beautiful..yes, you can see and hear the waves crash on a fantastic beach. Perfect spot for seashell hunter. We left wine and beer for the next guest...remember to pay it forward. You won't regret booking this rental.

This apartment is in a gated complex where most of the permanent residents appear to be retired immigrants. The entire vibe is very laid back, very quiet. The check in team was great. I had clear instructions to the complex. They met me at the gate, took me to the apartment and gave me a quick tour. Very friendly. The apartment is clean, and has everything you'll need for a nice stay. There was even a sharp knife in the kitchen! The apartment has a great view of the beach, and the wall down to the beach takes only a couple of minutes. I had a quite nice stay.

There was nothing I would change.

We liked the view from the balcony looking over the pool and the sea view beyond. The apartment was lovely and clean. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed eating in a couple of evenings. It was a close walk to the beautiful long and sandy beach. The pool area was spacious and there were always sun beds available. There were plenty restaurants five minutes walk away. It was about an hours walk to the old part of Albufeira where we went to for dinner most evenings. The taxis to the old town cost about 5 euros. (We used uber).

This gated secure property is located very close to the beach, restaurants and bars but also the property is quiet so you can get a good night sleep. You can walk to both the New and Old Town. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped, with a lovely balcony with sea views and over looking the pool. Our host Ricardo was super attentive and accommodated an early check in which was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again

In night its very quite to walk alone until old centre. But this is good thing too as it gives you quite space to relax

Amazing place to relax, kitchen gully equiped , house near and clean. Early chekcin request considred, super clean pool, beach just 2min away and feels like provate beach. Beautiful view from balcony. 1.8km allost from the strip. Many restraunts nearby, pub/bar in 300 m and another one right outside gate. But still it feels like cosy and quite stay. Ricardo was always available to answer.

It was a little further from town than I thought. It was a 30 minute hilly walk to town. You could take an Uber for 5 Euro.

Beautiful property with impressive front entry gate and tree lined driveway to apartment. Elevators to go to higher floors. The apartment was equipped with high end appliances (Miele) and full size fridge. We loved the way to living room flowed out to the balcony with a beautiful view. Huge pool (not heated) that was crystal clear. 5 minute walk to the beach. Very quiet location with a chill vibe. Loved this property and would stay here again.

I enjoyed very much the stay at Barracuda 14; one of my best ever: from the mornings with coffee on the balcony with a beautiful view over the ocean, to the peaceful afternoons at the complex pool to the coloured evenings on the paths alongside the ocean that are only 3 minute away...I really recommend this place. Jose answered any questions really quick and made our family stay one to remember and cherish.

Apartment was very spacious bright and airy very clean. Lovely views from the balcony. Plenty of sunbeds available at the pool area which was very nice and clean also. Great location 2 minutes from the fantastic beach. Nearby shops bars and restaurants. Definitely recommend.
