This large apartment is in a leafy part of the city, 15 min walk from most attractions. It has a bus stop close by that goes to the bus station and is a 10 min walk to Bolhao metro station. A supermarket and coffee shops are nearby. There is a lovely square with restaurants and bars 5 mins walk away. The apartment itself has high ceilings and ornate fixtures, giving it some charm. The bed/pillows were extremely comfortable. It has good bathroom facilities with a strong shower and a neat kitchen with an ample supply of utensil’s. I would highly recommend this apartment. Gabriela was a wonderful host and responded quickly to our enquiries.

There was mould all along the windows of the room i was in and this is not healthy. I didnt complain then cos I know tt it was something they could not respond to immediately. But accomodations with mouldy windows should not be accepted by Booking.com!

Central location and facilities in the room was well provided. I was also very glad that the host considered my request for an earlier checlin time.

Beautiful character-filled accommodation with compact space but well planned. Windows and door open onto a small balcony surrounded by trees. Apartment felt fresh and light.

You should be prepared for the fact that you have to take a shower in a closet and the toilet is in a small underground crypt with three steps, which is not very convenient at night.I missed some quality glassware and some good wine glasses would definitely be helpful for relaxing with Portuguese wine.

First of all, I would like to note the excellent service. Everything was organized at the highest level and during our four nights we had some problems with the air conditioning, which were solved by the service team almost immediately. I really liked that the apartments are in the city center, but in peace and quiet. It is a block and a half to the very center with bars and restaurants. The room is a converted part of an old mansion. The room has a small garden with armchairs and a sofa, completely closed, where you can have breakfast in the morning and drink wine in the evening in peace and fresh air. Excellent bed with a modern mattress and 4 pillows. Kitchen is well equipped. Definitely worth the money.

I would have appreciated a full length mirror. Only one mirror in the bathroom, inconvenient when someone is using the bathroom or showering.

Kitchen and bathroom are very small but everything is perfectly organised and you have everything you need. We really liked the place and the surroundings with its cafés and restaurants. And a big plus is that it's dog friendly. We can definitely recommend!

The apartments are very conveniently located! 10-20 minutes walk to all the main attractions of the city. There is everything you need for living, a store nearby. Also very responsive hosts who are always in touch.

The building is located on a busy street, with fast moving car, scooter, bus and truck traffic -- day and night. As a result, if we opened the windows, it was very noisy, and gas fumes entered the unit. Although reasonably quiet when the windows were closed, it also meant the air became stale in the apartment, as there is no air conditioning or ventilation (except a small fan). The cross-walk lights on the street below flashed non-stop throughout the night, and reflected on the ceiling of the apartment, creating a strobe-like effect that was very unpleasant.

We stayed 3 nights in the studio apartment -- 1st floor, facing the street. The studio was nicely appointed and clean. The living/dining area was reasonably bright, spacious and comfortable; however the sleeping area was very dark and required having lights on, regardless of time of day. The location was great for walking to downtown, restaurants/cafes and other attractions. The neighbourhood east of the apartment was also quite interesting and worth a stroll. Communication with the host was very good -- they were attentive and responsive.

We had no wifi the entire time we were there. When we first asked to have it fixed we were told nothing could be done. Eventually they attempted to fix it, it still did not get fixed. As international travellers we were relying on having wifi. Towel bar in the washroom was dangerous. Should be replaced. I cut my elbow on it when getting out of the shower and luckily did not need stitches.

Good location (15 mins or so from downtown), beautiful balcony, clean, bed was quite comfortable.

The apartment exceeded my expectations! Very stylish, with a creative approach to the organization of everything in the room! a beautiful quiet apartment with a cozy yard! My husband and I loved to drink morning coffee or have dinner in the yard! The yard was an oasis of peace for us! It was super comfortable to sleep! mattresses and pillows are very comfortable! The area is very quiet and peaceful with shops, a nice park and lots of cafes and restaurants. The building is so beautiful that it fits the description "here lived the bourgeoisie of Porto"; not far from the city center, but on a quiet and cozy area. The hosts are very friendly people! I recommend the apartment to all my friends and would be happy stay in it again!

It can be noisy from the street, hearing cars, but we are used to total silence at night. There is a window above front door, the window was near the bed and when someone was walking on the stairs in the house from other apartments the light was disturbing and also just didn't feel that private...but it wouldn't put us off...maybe the window could be covered.

We have loved the location..only 10 min from the centre walking...bus in front of the house . Metro 5 min walk. 5 min to restaurants etc. Quiet are for how close to the centre it is. Apartment was beautiful and clean.

Internet didn't work well when I arrived but the hosts were very quick to respond and resolve the issue. I had to actively reach out to the hosts to get property access details instead of being reached out to, but it was ok. Located on a street that was a little busy with cars, but I didn't mind it.
