United StatesThe room isn't on unless your card is in. I get that for electronics, but it includes AC. When you get back to the room late, it will be VERY warm since the AC wasn't running, and you'll have to wait a while for it to cool. This isnt great when you just want to get to sleep immediately.

DenmarkI couldnt really get the Youtube on the TV working. They have some way to connect through the phone/screencast, but it the connection was abrupting every 10 minutes. There were plenty of ordinary tv channels available though.
Everything is close to the hotel, places to eat, drink cofee, buy some fresh fruits. There is a chinese supermarket not far, with all the practical things that you might need for travel. Thank you for the cofee vending machine in the main hall!

SerbiaThe only downsides were the oversized pillows, which weren’t the most comfortable for sleeping, and occasional crowding in the hotel lobby.
Excellent location – very close to public transport and shops. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful; we received all the necessary information for exploring the city, along with additional tips and recommendations. The room layout and amenities were well thought out and comfortable. Refreshments at the reception were always available, which was a nice touch. I also really appreciate the hotel's attention to sustainability and eco-friendly practices.

PortugalEverything was stripped down to the minimum, bathroom bin with no lid and no bag, not a single glass or anything for the matter. The shower was very hot and it took a long time to get cold water. Not hot, cold water! A strange message to "not use towels unless you need to..." Overall the place had a cold vibe.
Location is extremely conveniente. Even though you're not in Porto, getting there and back couldn't be easier. The metro is at the door. Across the square of the hotel there's a department store with everything you might need. It's extremely convenient.
