I was travelling with family and a pet, and the staff were very accommodating. From the outset, they were friendly and welcomed us all very warmly. We were never made to feel uncomfortable that we were in the eating area with our pet, for instance, and that made all the difference.

Great basic hotel in Olhao - clean and all you need for a night - bonus of having a supermarket downstairs to get refreshments/breakfast if needed. There is a terrace for residents which is for the use of all residents which was an added bonus. Not an easy walk into Olhao which was the only draw back.

Location of the property is great, 10 minutes walk from Olhao train station, many e-scooter stations around and about 5 minute Uber ride to the harbour. It is also located in the shopping mall so if you need / forgot something it’s easy to get it. Lower ground of the mall also has a large grocery shop so you can buy snacks, fruits etc. Hotel also provides free coffee / hot chocolate / water and the coffee is super delicious! Rooms are clean, comfortable, A/C works well.

It would’ve been useful to have ceiling light in the sleeping area to see eg when sorting clothes out on the bed. Only bed side lights and wall light by desk installed. A few more cost hangers- only 3 for 2 people Fan located in entrance area and cool air not always reached sleeping area Extra chair ( to put clothes) only 1 chair for 2 people!

Leaving the premises after the shopping centre closes could be difficult as times waiting for somebody to unlock the door from upstairs while you wait at the door to be let out. I thought hotel breakfast prices were too expensive for what we say on one of the mornings displaying limited options but cannot comment on quality.

Hotel is located on the top floor of a shopping centre meaning all amenities are easily accessible including supermarket with canteen, cafes, beauty stores etc are all in one place. Although indoors, the design of the hotel meant that upon opening the French doors there is an outdoors feel with the stone design. Small balcony also present and 24/7 free hot drinks machine in reception. Directly opposite is one of the best kebab shops I have tried in Europe called King Kebab which served tasty fresh food daily and was easily accessible. Location was great for daily taxi use and Olhão is situated well along the south coast to city hop in taxis

I was really surprised as I’d booked this last minute for a late arrival so I needed late check in. The staff were excellent and friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Omg 😍 it's lovely here all the years of coming here. I didn't notice this hotel. I stayed a very cheap one night stay, and breakfast included,clean, refreshed room comfy bed indeed i had a lovely sleep very quiet its brilliant, staff are lovely and friendly very helpful if you come in after 10pm you buzz to get in so its secured and safe,no fault definitely will come again, oh the shower is fantastic the water is so soft 😀 RIA shopping centre is underneath so your sorted 😊

The room was super clean. Good lightening. Comfy bed. Small desk to work. Free coffee, tea, water and various juices. The common area and terras were also comfy and clean. The price was super good for the high quality you get. The gentlemen at the reception were super nice. Parking was free. We had an early check out and it went super smooth.
