What I didn't like was the bed. Squeaky and noisy. Also, the room is located near a bar downstairs. The noise is not a lot, and the bar closes around midnight, but it still is a bit uncomfortable.

The room was very clean! The instructions to get there and to enter the room were great. The location is fantastic! You cannot ask for better

The host apologised but at around 7-8am the following morning there was a lot of noise from drills and workmen from another room.

The location was perfect. Right in the centre of town, close to supermarkets, coffee shops, and the Convent of Christ. The coffee and water available. Very nice shared balcony area. Shower pressure was incredible.

Beds were noisy. Shower was a bit awkward. The steam had no place to leave so it was getting really hot inside the cabin. The pump in the toilet was loud.

Location was fantastic. Great supermarket across the street. Coffee machine in the room.

A little impersonal an experience, but email communication was clear and effective. I would rebook if I were to visit Tomar again.

I was informed that my room was an interior room with no outside window, but it didn't really impact my experience. I just needed simple lodgings.

Bathroom floor is not on one level at the doorway and in front of the toilet, which caused some problems and stubbed toes.

Very good location, check in and contact with owner. Comfortable and spacious bedroom with private bathroom, and the use of an equipped shared kitchen area for making hot drinks, with a fridge an microwave, also use of a washing machine. Pretty balcony.

the upstairs bed had an issue. this was fixed when I raised it with the owner. Upstairs shared bathroom ran out of hot water.

location is good and the owner is a nice guy. the private bathroom rooms are very good

Bed or mattress sunk in the middle so a bit uncomfortable. Interior room so no outside windows but host made sure to mention it immediately after receiving the booking.

No breakfast provided but none was advertised. Coffee, tea and washing machine available at a cost. Location doesn't get much better!

The location - it’s right above a bar and my room at the back of the building looked out on the market street. This made it super noisy. Bring ear plugs to help sleep once exhaustion kicks in. This was the only negative really to my stay.

The location - it’s in the centre of the old town near everything. This made it super easy to walk to all points of interest: cafes and restaurants, historical sites, parks and the river. The check in process was easy and I loved the little balcony looking onto the street.

Everything. Fillty room. Paper pealing off walls, disgusting bathroom, broken shower, pathetic bed. It was in no way similar to marketing photos.

We left within 20 minutes. Found far better for only 4 euros more. It was dirty and shabby. He also videoed us going in, threatened to report us to police for disrespect, then declared we never arrived... despite his own video evidence. Liked NOTHING

It was good that the owner ensured I understood exactly what I had booked and what to expect. Also he allowed us to come in earlier than listed because we were very tired.
