We got a suite and I thought there may have been a separate shower and bath but it was a bath tub with a shower on the wall. Not a big deal just something you would expect with a suite.

How clean and tidy it was and the staff were very pleasant. I had mentioned that it was my wife’s 30th and they had put out some lovely little gifts in the room it was very thoughtful.

The only minor issue of note was with the shower. The hose connected to the head was very tense, meaning it couldn't be located centrally. It either sprayed the wall or the shower screen, the latter of which often led to it soaking the floor. A minor inconvenience but one I'm sure can be easily rectified.

Location, facilities, relaxed atmosphere, welcoming & attentive staff. I received a lovely welcome note & complimentary pastel de natas upon returning to my room later in the evening.

I had to wait awhile to check-in. I do understand this time of year is busy so not really a big deal, but just wanted to check-in and rest. The pool could be bigger. I felt it was a small pool for that many guests at the hotel. Also, last more food options on the menu for room service would be perfect.

The room was nice, clean and comfortable! I loved the balcony.

Great location. Staff are very warm and welcoming. The breakfast had been so tasty! Would have liked maybe some veggie sausage options, but there was a great selection of fruits and other foods. Coffee was a great quality. Bed was very comfy. We had an issue with the wifi, but the staff addressed this straight away and solved the issue for us.

The hotel bar lacked any atmosphere. The hotel is a long way from teh centre of town

We were delighted that the hotel allowd us to check in at 11am - as we had travelled on a very early flight. the room was excellent and very comfortable. The pool area was nice, and not too much of a bun fight for loungers.

We celebrated our honeymoon here and the hotel made it truly unforgettable. As a special gesture, they welcomed us with champagne and the room with great view to the sea. The food for dinner and fish cataplana were really great, choices for breakfast were various and delicious. It’s close by the sea.

Only qualm would be sun loungers ….having to get up at 6.45am to get one….there should be a sunbed for every guest…Maybe numbered like the Maldives with the same number as the room we stay in…and nobody else can use them….thats our only gripe….bar that all was perfect

the staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment we checked in.The rooms were immaculate very comfortable, very clean and the view of the beach was splendid.The breakfast was also quite tasty.They have several options to choice from.Fast WiFi,very clean hotel. The location of the hotel is great and close to everything.We will definitely come back.Exceptional stay with my husband.Kudos to all the staff❤️
