The upstairs shower leaked and flooded the bottom bathroom on our first night. They could not fix it so we had to all share 1 shower for 5 nights. The host was apologetic but did not offer any credit until I requested. The living room has 2 windows and 1 does not have a blind while the other that does has a broken blind. This same comment is present in other review so it has not been fixed.

Perfect location in Barrio Alto close to everything you need. The hosts are responsive. The apartment had enough beds, bathroom and room for us. While in a busy area, it was not noisy when the windows are shut. Overall, the apartment layout is great and would consider staying here again when the issues are resolved.

Fourth floor is a steep climb with all the luggage.

Location was perfect. Close to a beautiful square in the heart of the old town. Close to many restaurants and pubs. Nice beds. Lots of space in the appartment. Very complete including dish was het and washing machine/dryer.

One of the sofa beds is a little small- so only really fits 1 person. But apart from that - everything was excellent. Would highly recommend.

The location was amazing. So close to everything. Really helpful hosts, lots of practical and useful information. They were also checking in with us regularly during our stay via text, to make sure we had everything we needed.

Going up the stairs to the apartment. The blinds in the living room were not working. The shower door kept jamming.

Located at the top floor of house with very stiff stairs (we knew it so we don’t mind that), so if you have lots of luggage or problems walking this place is not for you. Towels are super old and very smelly with humidity, after drying ourselves with those towels we vere smelling with humidity. Those towels must be thrown away and not given to people. There is kitchen and it is equipped with kitchenware, but everything is pretty filthy and sticky and i doubt it was ever cleaned. We didn’t need those cause we only ate outside, but if you like cook at home, no. There is nespresso coffee machine which is good, but again machinette is dirty and with mold inside, probably also was never cleaned, so better don’t use it. Only one set of keys! And they will not give you second set even if you ask, and even their papers say there is second set of keys. If you travel with big company and split, you will need to use that key box on fassade.

Very big and spacious apartment with 2 floors. 6 people can be easily accomodated. AC works well, so we always had a good climate meanwhile it was super hot weather outside. Windows are good so you are not bothered with noise outside. Location is very good, in party area of Lisbon. Beds comfortable.

We were a group of 7 friends, but the beds are not suitable for 7 people; they are only suitable for 6. There are 2 double beds and 2 sofa beds. Both sofa beds are too narrow for 2 men.

Well, our stay here had its share of issues. First off, the stairwell smelled like something out of a horror movie – not great. We were a group of five, and I've got to say, the place felt like it was shrinking around us. One of the rooms lacked natural light and didn't have a window, which made it feel claustrophobic. The other room had this sofa that was anything but comfortable for sleeping. Not the best setup. The condition of the towels left much to be desired. They looked pretty tired, with some stubborn stains that had seen better days. Sure, it's smack in the center, but that comes with its own set of problems. The bars around here make enough noise to rival a rock concert, and the morning-after scene with broken glass everywhere is just not my vibe. Considering all this, the price we paid for this place just doesn't seem justified. Not feeling the value for money, to be honest.

The abundant natural light throughout the space created a pleasant atmosphere, and the central location made it convenient for exploring the city. Both floors had efficient air conditioning, and the shower provided good water pressure.

Price is much too high for what we got. We can compare as it is the 5th times that we take RB&B in Lisbon. This one does not match the money paid. Furniture are of pour quality or old or dirty. Some details like window blades are not acceptable and dirty. There are infiltration. And all in all this apartment is not at the right price. At half the price, of even a bit more, we would have been happy because it would have met expectations. But when you pay close to premium price, you do not get what we got. Initially tenants were nice, reactive and even offered a bottle of wine (after we send them a picture of the moisture and dirt on window blade) When we left we gave this FB and ask them to do the right thing by considering a partial refund. They totally refused and seemingly considered that our request was rude. We do not post pics, as I took pics only of the numerous issues we saw and it would not give a fair view.

Nice location Central. Not too much noise Shape of Appart ok, appart for one room with no window.
