The room was simple but adequate. I did appreciate having a separate room where my kids could sleep on the fold-out couch.

The location was great, right in the center of the city. The rooftop pool area was beautiful with great views.

The hotel could do with putting a few more loungers next to the pool as it did get quite busy but people were swapping in and out all the time so we never had to wait too long for one!

Amazing location, it was close to everything. The rooms were clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff were lovely and so helpful, we were able to check in early and check out late with no issues. We really enjoyed the rooftop bar and pool and the hotel provided towels for pool use. This place really is a hidden gem and we will be back!

Hard to maneuver around the room, especially around the one bed. Would have seemed more spacious if there were no doors for the kitchenette.

Hotel could do with an upgrade. It's a bit tired and needs new furniture and carpet. The poolside furniture needs replacing. The dining room is small and the food although good was not varied.

Location is excellent. Easy access to the old town. Staff were friendly Pool was nicely located. It was OK as I was on my own.

It’s very accessible and a-lot of restaurants and food stalls everywhere. We enjoyed it much even @ night time. Busy area. Literally everything just in-front and beside us,restaurants,shops and it’s a high end area.

Unfortunately, breakfast wasn't great, with low-quality food offering, and we had to queue for breakfast each day as the breakfast room is tiny. The swimming pool area is always very crowded and the pool is a bit too cold! It would be great if they offered nice food by the pool but they mostly just have frozen pizzas (plenty of drinks though, and lovely staff). Finally, our room was an Aparthotel room but for some reason the refrigerator wasn't even plugged in and didn't work during our stay. I'd still recommend it though, as the location is amazing.

A great value hotel in an amazingly central location, with the most stunning view from the rooftop pool. Our room was well-equipped and very comfortable. Friendly staff, quick check-in. For the money we paid, it's great value.

The hotel is located perfectly in city center. Easily reachable from the airport by bus. There is a rooftop pool with not heated water, quite refreshing when it’s hot but too cold to swim for a long time. There are not many chairs thought, which is annoying seen how much space they have to put extra chairs. The family room was ok, with shampoo, body creme, hairdryer. We didn’t take breakfast as were leaving to the airport early in the morning.

Sunbeds in need of renovation and more sunbeds needed. Kitchen needs teatowels and cloths some sope and swamp for cleaning kitchen wear.

Breakfast was available on roof terrace for first two days of our stay and then without explanation ceased for the rest of our stay. The main dining room was too small and heavily over-subscribed.

The rooms were a bit outdated, and the lights in the hallway were often turned off when we got off the elevator, so it was strange and a bit spooky walking into a dark floor!

Great location! Lots to walk to, and great transportation options (bus, train, trams all close by). The pool was nice, and we were typically able to find a seat on the roof top terrace! The kitchen in each room was great and met all our needs.
