A small thing was every time I went to the pool area most of the sun loungers were covered in a towel even though no one came down for hours later very annoy

We were on the street view over shops which was a bit noisy when shutters/ sun cover was pulled out in a morning. Also could hear shouting on the street from drunks.

The food and drink is pricey and the bar had karaoke playing really old songs that I’ve never heard of.

Our TV recception wasn't the best. But who had time to watch TV anyway?

We liked the location. It was so convenient. We could walk to the stores, we could take the bus to other locations. The location was also very close to Old Albufeira. The hotel has two great pools and lots of chairs to sunbathe on. The hotel also has a terras, a nightclub, a library, pool tables, restaurant, etc.

So, this is not really a hotel, it’s more like a serviced apartments with few facilities of hotel. So, if you are looking for proper hotel like stay, I would suggest other properties. There are few things which were mentioned in previous reviews that I ignored (shouldn’t have) 1) The wifi doesn’t work in the rooms and breakfast area to be able to take work meetings on Zoom call. So, it’s not high speed internet. Browsing on phone works fine. I had to use my personal internet. It was also mentioned by few other travellers in their reviews. So, if you are planning to work a bit- not the best idea to stay here. 2) The breakfast wasn’t a buffet. It was only few options (also you had to choose between them). I thought at a property like this it would be a buffet. I have attached a picture of what is the menu of breakfast. Also, I did end up paying extra 2 euros to order a Omelette cause it wasn’t included in any of the options. 3) You could take Iron but you needed to pay 20 euro deposit and you had to collect it from Reception- so again not a hotel type thing. One of the people also on the reception corrected me that they are not really a hotel. 4) Also, dishwashing liquid was supposed to be purchased by myself. Also, small things like shaving kits etc (which I have mostly gotten for free in other hotel) was 4.5 euros (also, to be collected at reception)

The property is well located, has many supermarkets and shops nearby, 2 beaches walking distance (20mins). The staff is super friendly- they also help you with suggestions. The service is good- I asked for a new kettle and they literally brought a new one. The swimming pool is clean. The rooms are cleaned everyday (huge plus) The kitchen has almost all items if you wanna cook something.

The location is just right, between the old town and the strip. The apartments are comfortable and the entertainment is fine. The apartments are serviced daily.

All was fine really , beer wasn't the best best but can put this down to the fact that the bar seemed fairly un used as was out of season !

Hotel is nicely situated between the old town and new town ..about a 20min stroll to both or about £4 in an uber for 4 people ..large swimming pool and large bar area ..staff were very pleasant

Just remember that utensils and cups/flats aren't by refrigerator .... underneath TV in drawers where you normally wouldn't expect. I was wondering why kitchen lacked plates, utensils, etc. and stumbled across them in an unusual setting - but all was good!

The hotel was very dated. It felt like we had been located in the old run-down side of the hotel. My daughter was constantly looking next door to what she called the nice pool. It looked like it had been painted recently, but everything was very old. The bedding looked very 70s, and the decor too. It wasn't a bad experience by any means. The old hotel side we stayed in just felt a little on the sad side, I'm not sure if there was an option to stay next door in the spa hotel, or you get put we're there is space

This accommodation is two hotels that have been joined. It had a big pool and was clean. It was in a good location, next to a supermarket, but too far to walk to a beach with children
