The only downsides i’d say is there was almost no wifi connection in the floor we are in which was the 3rd floor, and the bed in the kitchen area was a bit hard.

I loved how clean and neat everything was. There were many utensils in the kitchen, everything was working perfectly.

Our room was on the third floor and there was no elevator. One step was quite high compared to the others.

It was an excellent location for getting around Porto! The two ladies we dealt with in the office were very efficient and informative, giving us good suggestions for sight-seeing and restaurants. The room was comfortable and clean.

Learned the hard way that the shower was not sealed properly around the walls. Water flowed under the shower tray and across the floor resulting in my clothes getting soaked. The fridge smelled badly of off milk even though it looked clean

Really clean, great location walking distance from the main areas on Porto including the cathedral. Lots of restaurants and shops around. The only con was bathroom that was really tiny and could had some refurb.

It's not stunning, but it's good value for the price. AC heating didn't work for the first two hours but later started to get hot

Comfortable, calm roof apartment, nice breakfast at the door in the morning. Discount for parking in a close guarded parking lot. Air-conditioning/ heating. Two bathrooms.

- Would benefit if there are double glazed windows as the room faces the street and you can hear people/vehicles passing - Floor creaking but this is understandable due to the age of the building (probably?) - Alarm went off in the whole building on my first night but this was sorted in a few minutes by the staff

it was ok, only for those light sleepers be aware, it might be disturbing because you can here people coming and leaving in the morning or in the evening. the kitchen equipment was poorer, so do not expect some extra cooking, but for some eggs in the morning it is ok.

The hotel is only 600m from Estacao Sao Bento and also about that distance from the bridge that connects Porto with Vila Nova de Gaia. I stayed in room 1B and there was a lot of space. I'm pleased with all the hotel arrangements, but 5 stars go to our dear host, who was friendly, helpful and made us feel at home from the first minute. Breakfast was served in our room and was tasty. In sum, location, safety, staff, quality of the room are really great, thank you!
