Cabin has this strange smell that feels like air was "standing" for a long Time and with that all bedsheets were with the same smell... We were staying for 4 days and didn't get trash bag change and with knowing that cocroaches living in the island wasnt so hygienic.

Everything is very old. The mattresses are really bad, very hard, we didn’t slept well at all. After trying to toast some bread, all the electricity in the sockets went down and they gave us another villa. This process was not very smooth as we had to come back from our expedition earlier because the reception closes at 6pm. And we had to wait before for someone to come to check, as between 12-2pm they have siesta. Is good that we didn’t had any other type of emergency between these hours. All our plans for the day were lost because of this schedule. We had a cockroach in the kitchen and the shower heads and hot tub were full of spots and calcar. In the first villa we didn’t even dare to have a shower as it didn’t looked clean. The toilets were clean, but the tubs were not. The walls in the kitchen and in the bedroom were full of mould at the base, not great for my husband with his asthma. in the kitchen you could smell it when you open the cupboards doors. TV in the living room is extremely small and very old also. We were not very happy with the fact that we had to pay for towels for the pool also, so we skipped this. The communication with whoever responds to the messages is not good at all. Even now after we left no one responded.

The entire place has a great potential. The apartments are spacious. The bedding is clean. But definitely needs renovation.

We were there for a week, and they only cleaned the apartment one day. We run out of toilet paper, the bin was full and no spare bin bags.The furniture is outdated.

The location is great to explore the whole island. The garden and the pool are well maintained.

It was on the main street, two bedrooms were noisy also during the night. No view. Parking 200 m away.

We were moved due some technical reasons to a villa 12 min drive away (in another town). It was well equipped.

sheets were dirty when we arrived and we saw some bugs in the apartment. However, we told them about it and they cleaned it up very well for us/gave us new sheets the next day. Great host and cleaners! Also there was no AC, but I think it mentions that in the listing, but it was super hot!

The beds were not really comfortable and really dated. The place, especially the floors, was dusty and not clean when we arrived. For the first couple of days, no one picked up our trash bags, even though we asked at the reception where to put them and they said to "just leave it in front of the apartment" (that got better in the days to come). The biggest knife in the kitchen was about the size of a smartphone, not nearly big enough to cut something like bread, for example (again, we asked at the reception and they said they didn't have a bigger one available, so we bought our own). The table on the terrace was super wobbly to the point where we didn't feel comfortable leaving drinks on it (the slightest touch of the table resulted in everything falling over).

Spacious apartment positioned in a great location to explore Sao Miguel (Azores) island. The rooms (2 bedrooms and living room/kitchen area) were more than big enough for a group of 4 people. The terrace was also nice and spacious. There was always a parking spot available for us to use right in front of the apartment. We appreciated the hairdryer which was handed over to us at the reception.

Check-out is at 11 a.m , moving the check-out at 12 pm would be more reasonable . While the kitchen seemed reasonably equipped with plates, etc , there was no coffee machine in our room, it would be handy to have it in the morning.

The Villa was very spacious, lots of space in the house and the 2 bathrooms were very usefull . Kitchen seemed reasonably equiped ( didnt really use it , stayed one night ), grounds looked well maintained .

Everything was good.

The appartment is on really good location, about 10 min drive from Ponta Delgada, and few minutes from highway. Free parking space in front. Appartment is spacious, not new but everything is clean. The staff was helpful. Good value for the money, comparing to prices of other appartments on island.

We had only a half a toilet paper roll for 2 days stay for 2 people. The garbage bin was full on the terrace. There were no cleaning liquids in the kitchen, no kitchen towels either. There was an enigmatic mega roach in the kitchen (saw just one perhaps it hid somewhere after the extermination. Didn't see any others). The reception is closed for the weekends which is unfortunate if you need like a toilet paper or taxi in the night.

The place was among a few options in Lagoa. There is a cold water pool at the property. There were plates, glasses and tea mugs in the kitchen. We just boiled some water, didn't need anything elese. It's better you buy water since the one from the tap smelt of chlorine. The Lagoa centre was 10 minutes walk away, 15 minutes to the ocean side. There was a parking space if you had a car.

Everything is quite old and not very well maintained, humid, we found some insects every day, I do understand there’s a garden and it’s a ground floor, but still. No hangers, not very comfortable bedding. Don’t wait for anything extra.

Stuff is very nice, quiet beautiful location, easy access to the main highway and Ponta Delgada is pretty close too. Beautiful garden! Spacious rooms.

Spacious villa with good cooking facilities. A nice communal pool (although not heated). We got the booking.com Genius discount which made the stay very good value for money. Great location for touring the island!

This hotel is really run down, it's in need of a very big makeover. I was happy we were only here for one night, it would be horrible to be stuck there the whole week. The apartment was cold and smelled of damp. Paint was peeling off the walls. The outside furniture was filthy and the terrace was full of leaves. The room was dusty. It was obvious that no one really cared about the place.

There is no AC, extremely hot inside. Inside is even hotter than outside. Very uncomfortable beds and mattresses. For child bed extremely thin mattress. Very cheap furniture and all staff inside. For boiler there has heating pump that is located on terrace and very noisy. Internet each several minutes disconnected automatically and very weak. On kitchen There was only one huge pot and that’s all, no small pots, no pan. Impossible to cook. Cleaning was not done while we were staying there. Very far from Ponta Delgado and no any sightseeing nearby.
