The TV had no signal, the owner called me durring the check in, and she promised that someone will fix it on the next day, who never arrived. The shower drain was clogged and the water just disappeared after several minutes(the housekeeper tried to fix it but after 5 days the problem was the same). The furnitures are old fashiend (nothing was changed in 10 years) but the mattreses were very comfy. Overall it is pricy for its value.

The location and the view is perfect! The apartment is well equipped, each room has it's own AC. The staff is very friendly.

Perfect location , everything that is needed is in this apartment , especially for a solo traveller, very safe indeed , views are spectacular plenty of people watching on balcony , Ms Mara was there everyday if anything is needed , she keeps apartments lovely and clean , Carlos was also on other end of message if anything needed , I would love to go back

Property needs interior renovation but for a short stay it was okay. Also the vacuum cleaner to clean/staff cleaning was missing.

The location was perfect at the city center, lots of restuarants and super markets near by. The view from terrace is amazing.

No information at all, most unusual in the apartments, use of TV, streaming box, ? Microwave, cooker functions? Where to empty bins ? Good recommendations for places to eat or visit? Nearest pharmacy, hospital etc. ? In case of fire procedure? No basic information booklet.

Some noise from balcony at night but apartment sound proof to this party town.

This apartment is located steps from the escalators to the beach. It’s 2 stories up high. One can walk down the street to beach as well. This place has fabulous balcony gray lichen and bedroom . I would stay here any time I visit Albufiera. Way beyond what I expected and extremely affordable. Don’t miss out if you visit this beach town Pescadores is the place.

Miss Mara was there when I arrived, my apartment as already ready for me even tho it was only 12o clock, which was amazing. She showed me the apartment and where everything was, where to find code for the Wi-Fi, also informed about First Aid Kit in the apartment. Amazing start of the vacations. there is a Book shelf on entrance level between doors to apartments, where you can leave your already read book and take a new one. Amazing.

Nothing was wrong with the apartment, just check what is going on while you’re there. We went the weekend of Easter and there was.a MusicFest going on. Due to the central location the music stage was right outside the apartment. The walls were reverberating. Fortunately it ended at 10.

Great location, the apartment was clean and spacious for a couple. The view couldn’t be beat. Exactly what I hoped for.

The apartments are in a perfect location from the balcony you had a beautiful view of the beach, the apartment was central to restaurants and bars, there is a outdoor escalator to get up and down, I don't think the location is suitable for wheelchair users as there's a hill to go up if you can't use the escalator

I was pleasantly surprised by this little apartment! Great communication from the get go from Carlos, the apartment itself was spotless, very comfy beds (we are a married couple & a double bed would've been ideal but we pushed the singles together) the shower was great & it had all the amenities if you wanted to cook - we didn't- but definitely had everything there to cook a meal! If I had to nit pick the only thing that would have been useful would be a long mirror next to plugs for example between the cabinet with the microwave & the kitchen table would have been brilliant. The location was incredible & the sea views were stunning. Loads of places to eat, bars, entertainment just a short walk away. We would absolutely return! Ms Mara was lovely & the smell of the cleaning products & fresh linen was amazing!
