The lack of towels. We had one bath towel each, and one hand towel between us, even though there was two bathrooms. There was no stopper in the sink for doing the wash up and only one small amount of dish soap. We did find a huge cockroach in our bathroom on the first night. However, we didn't see another. The man on the gate for the pool wasn't the most pleasant.

The pool area is absolutely beautiful and such a great vibe. Apartment was ideal for what we needed. Beds were very comfortable

Loved everything about this place, very clean, great facilities and the staff were 10/10. Location wise it’s a bit out although you can easily reach your destination via taxi or uber. Staff were friendly and go above and beyond. Will definitely return.

The level of cleanliness is not the best but was ok. Not a very large selection on the menu. Hardly any ice creams available for the children although they advertised a large selection.

Great apartment, spacious and had most items required for a weeks stay. The terrace is sizeable with outdoor bbq which is a nice addition. Lovely view of the pool also. Pool bar area is nice. The kids loved the pool swings. We liked that they had entertainment some nights & large screen to watch the sports. Food was tasty. We made good use of uber (which is cheap) to travel about as it’s a bit outside of town.

Apartment cleaning schedule could be increased, extra towels are available at reception but the over all cleaning is every 3 days (I think)

Staff were very friendly and always very polite, they would initiate conversations and recommend local events and restaurants if eating off site. The entertainment was very good and we appreciated the apartment upgrade when we arrived

I know it can’t be helped but the ants on the property were a bit of a nightmare, every morning the sitting room was full of them and so was the front garden.

The complex was perfect, pool bar and restaurant all in one area, the freedom of an apartment but with hotel benefits.

Standard apartment #154 was VERY basic and old , literally simple beds and bare walls , kitchen had old damaged cabinets doors and cracked fridge handles, only washroom was partially renovated with good shower. We wanted to change the unit but property was full. We were very disappointed . This apartment did not match class of the rest of the property.

the restaurant , pool area , life music in the evening , ample parking , general view, atmosphere and location of the property was excellent food and staff service at the restaurant was exceptional!

It's probably time to start thinking about refreshing the rooms (cleaning the air conditioning, replacing the bathroom tiles), as some signs of wear and tear are becoming noticeable.

The hotel staff was incredibly kind and helpful – from the very first day, we felt truly cared for. The team was responsive and always ready to assist, which meant a lot to us as we were traveling with our 3-year-old daughter. Thanks to their dedication, we were able to fully enjoy our stay, knowing that we could count on prompt and friendly support whenever needed.

We just love this place. Such a hidden gem. Perfect for kids, the location is a walk away from coast and bars restaurants but the onsite facilities are fab.

Rooms were a little dated in places, needed some TLC, shower wouldnt stay up. Double bed very hard.

Good sized apartments for family of 4, room proximity very close to both pool and restaurant. Basic facilities but well maintained/good spec considering only 3*, was a great service at the restaurant and bar area. Pool area very clean and good size, live music/sax player added bonus. Booking Uber was very and accessible, most places i.e. Marina, Golf within 10 to minutes.

The apartment is very dated especially for the price we paid. We were there for 9 nights and it was only serviced once which I found very poor especially again for the cost of it.

The staff were lovely and the pool area was lovely and chilled. Nice big terrace at the apartment which was great for chilling out in.

Lack of entertainment was the only fault,we found one bar that was fun but very very quiet.

The apartments were lovely, very clean and attractive, the flowers and plant life especially. We only stayed two days but we're very welcomed and there is local shops to buy anything you needed. Pool was very clean too.

Staff are sooo friendly and attentive it made the whole stay so easy , pool was excellent and the restaurant is really beautiful with the pool right beside it . The rooms were grand with a really great bathroom , had no problems at all in the room . An honestly great place to stay and would recommend to everyone .

Location - while taxis are very cheap (5 euro to the centre) it is a good 20 minute walk to get into town. Some more shaded areas err the pool would be nice

Great facilities! Pool was amazing and staff were exceptional! Made the whole experience so enjoyable and felt like they were so attentive. Very relaxing atmosphere too, the pool was never too crowded or busy.

This is a very popular place and easily understandable. Wonderful pool/restaurant area with lovely staff. Food and drinks of top quality. Located a little away from beach at Quarteira and Marina of Villamoura but beautiful nearby restaurants that can be found within walking distance through Trip Advisor. Chatting to other quests there is a reason why so many return…… Tv had all channels including Irish ones which came in handy for GAA and also Netflix available for those with accounts.
