Nothing comes to mind about the property. It’s a way out of town but only a cheap cab ride away. Not for you if you like a lively night time scene but perfect if you like peace and quiet.

Absolutely outstanding in every way! It exceeded our expectations. The apartment was very large and clean and it had everything we needed for our stay. Communication with the hosts was quick and easy. Great size swimming pool with outdoor shower and pool toys. On check out day, we spent the afternoon swimming in the pool and had access to a fabulous waiting room that was immaculate! (like everything else at Pine Tree Apartments). The waiting room had lockers with keys, a great size bathroom, regular towels for us to shower, beach towels for the pool, and complimentary bottles or water. We hope to be back next year!

We had an amazing stay — everything was just perfect! The place is incredibly cozy, with every detail carefully thought through. It truly felt like home. The host, Monika, was very welcoming and friendly. We asked for an extra warm blanket, and it was replaced within an hour — super quick and thoughtful service. The pool was great, the area was peaceful and quiet, and the parking lot was spacious. We had dinner twice at the nearby Marinheiro restaurant — after our first visit, we were so impressed that we came back the next evening. The staff even gifted us a fantastic bottle of red wine and served an amazing steak. The service, the atmosphere, and the surroundings left us absolutely delighted. This was one of the best trips we’ve ever had. Within walking distance, there were breathtaking ocean views from the cliffs and many hidden little beaches — some wild and untouched, others well-maintained and easy to access. We’d love to come back again!

We loved everything about the property - which is beautiful, very well-maintained and impeccable in terms of cleanliness - and enjoyed its closeness to the beach Praia da Coelha. The hosts are very nice and run a restaurant nearby (O Marinheiro) that is amazing both in terms of food and service. Foi um prazer. Muito obrigada, Monika!

Nothing to do with the apartment more about activities around the location-there was a sports bar with a mini gold but it closed at 8pm so once we had food we would’ve liked to have gone there but shut too early

Location was great,very quiet area because not in season and any supermarkets were around 20 mins walk-Ubers are very easy to get and also cheap so we used these a lot to get to the old town and marina-old town was 10 mins drive and villamoura marina approx 35-apartment was clean,big enough and have all the amenities for self catering. We had a huge balcony with sunbeds,table and chairs,lovely view from our room,it was a nice quiet apartment block,5 mins walk from the small beach which had a nice beach restaurant, 10 euros each for a bed We had a bbq around the pool on the last day which was great,we were also offered to stay in our room until 12 free of charge,we could then use the room downstairs which has shower,towels,fridge,cutlery,plates,tables,which was helpful as we didn’t need to leave until 2.30pm for the airport,again free of charge,it’s left open on days people are leaving which is such a good idea! Would stay here again,hosts replied to any message I had via booking.com! As we went out of season we pretty much had the pool to ourselves some days!

No problem at all with the apartment. Location very quiet (which we liked) and felt a bit off the beaten track. No night life to speak of, but again not a problem for us. The local bus only passes by every hour. An information leaflet in the apartment would be helpful as it took a while to get orientated. Having a car would improve options for things to do, etc.

Spacious one bed apartment that had everything we needed for our stay. Really large balcony with 2 sun loungers and table and chairs. Spotlessly clean as was the pool area. Very quiet efficient air con. Comfortable bed, very firm which suited us. Short walk to a beautiful small beach. We ate at the restaurant there which was lovely. Would also recommend Dom Dinis restaurant within walking distance and we had a fabulous brunch at Restaurante Olive Bistro and Gastro Bar, also walking distance. We were allowed an early check in and late check out to facilitate our flights but during high season there’s a room with lockers and shower which can be used after vacating the apartment.

The nearby hotel was being refurbished, so there was some building noise. If the hotel was open for business things may seem more busy. Some of the kitchen utensils were a little tired.

Charming host. A perfect location with a large pool that was just warm enough to swim in in March. A generous sized apartment for two. Comfortable, spotlessly clean, with mid-week cleaning and replacement of all linen and towels. A short, pleasant walk from a fantastic beach. The location was very quiet, with few people. There is an excellent restaurant 200m from the accommodation. Would return here if coming back to the Algarve.

During our stay, our apartment has not been cleaned (5 nights). It was not a big problem, but maybe consider it as a suggestion for short stays as well.

It is located in a very good location, nice atmosphere, quite calm. The pool is nice to chill. We have been welcomed with a bottle of wine. You have everything you need in the house. Free parking is possible in front of the houses for about 5-6 cars. The washing machine is in a different location (common room) which you have to ask for the key. The host is friendly. The property is clean, well maintained. It is highly reccommended for a relaxing stay.

I guess as constructive criticism rather than a complaint it would be good to have voile curtains on the bedroom windows of the ground floor apartment as we had to keep the curtains shut all day for privacy.

We liked the location as it was quiet. The place is immaculate, I would go back in a heartbeat. The owner was incredibly helpful.

Not much! There’s a laundry room but it was locked quite often during our stay. The satellite TV has mostly German channels, with very limited English channels, but it wasn’t a big concern as we don’t go on holiday to spend a lot of time watching TV, but it would’ve been nice to have a little more choice.

Lovely, spacious, very clean and comfortable air conditioned apartment, with a good sized balcony and a very nice pool and garden. Cleaners came in and did a thorough clean and linen change twice during our 10 day stay.

Amazing location close the praia da coelha. Other beaches are also in walking distance. Bigger supermarket is 20minutes walk away but you can order groceries via Glovo for example. Everything was perfect in the apartment and on the last day after check out was possible to store luggage and use kitchen+bathroom from common areas.

Property was great. However, we found the cost per night little bit pricey but it could be because of us not booking earlier on.

Everything 🫶🏼 Starting from the location, sea view from the terrace, cleaniness of the apartment, every required items in the kitchen for self-catering, beautiful trees and flowers in the surrounding, swimming pool area, en-suite with master bedroom and a separate bathroom. Most importantly communication from the host, Monika was excellent. She was spot on with every query (related to the apartment, location, things to do, places to eat) we made before travelling and also during our stay. Sea beach and Restaurant (Praia da Coelha) - 9 minutes walk Restaurante O Marinheiro - 4 minutes walk Supermarket (Apolónia) - 5 minutes drive (uber was easily available) Marina de Albufeira (place to book lot of attractions/activities) - 6 minutes drive Albufeira Old Town (overlooking beaches) - 18 -25 minutes drive

Nothing. We had everything we needed.

Everything. The apartment and experience really allowed you to relax. Lovely space with a large patio, fully equipped kitchen, and rooms opening up to the outdoors. The beds were comfortable. The staff and owners were responsive and helpful in getting us settled in. Easy parking right outside. There is also a waiting room by the pool and common area which you can use after you checkout. I would recommend and return to this place!
