Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomIt is a lot smaller than the photos look. There's a strange space in the toilet with a large window that is like a sewage area and if you look up connects to the house above. Strong sewage smell Our biggest issue was no air con, although 2 fans supplied due to lack of windows it just spends hot air around

ItalyStrong sewage smelling, Shower is hanged on shower tap because it does not sustain itself in hanger shower support. They sell it with park, although you have to find it around. Was not a big deal, furthest place I parked was about 5min. Check in was about 6pm and check out 10am.
Location definitely is the best point of it. Took the keys exactly on arranged time. The place is small but its fine to sleep when you going to spend most of the day outside.

SlovakiaThere was a horrible smell from the sewer when we arrived and during the first two days. But ok, we were mostly outside. But the killer of this visit was for us a cockroach that my husband met in the bathroom. I felt really horribly there during our last day expecting his other "friends". We were happy to leave this appartment.
Apartment is in the perfect location. Very close to the gallery. There are great walks by the river. Small shops are very close. Nice old area. Lady was very nice and was waiting for us despite our late arrival. Lisbon was really great and we spent a great time in the city.

Serbia- The apartment used to be a garage. It has low ceilings, two separate rooms without windows, only small one in a “living room”. - It feels very claustrophobic and there’s no air. - There is no closets or wardrobe to put away your belongings. - Every night we had unpleasant visitors, cockroaches. It’s disgusting when you see them crawling, especially on your bed, suitcase or anywhere else in flat. - The smell is terrible! It comes from drain/sewer. We couldn’t breathe. - On the second day, someone has burgled into the apartment. Our staff were all over the floor, and an ebook reader (Kindle) was stolen. The owner didn’t give a penny to resolve this problem or god forbid to refund the damage. We were very upset and scared. On my question who is responsible for this, until this moment I didn’t get the answer and the owner doesn’t reply to my messages. The lock wasn’t broken, so I can’t stop asking myself, did the owner enter into our apartment? We closed a window that morning. Lady from upstairs, Mrs Fatima, doesn’t speak English, therefore you can forget to ask her anything. This was the worse acommodation we’ve ever had in our life. Stay away from this!

United Kingdomthere wasnt anything that I didnt like. We did have a drain smell in the bathroom, but we had that in our 5 star hotel we stayed in for work before our weekend, so this was not a problem, we understand this happens because of the drain systems.
The apartment had everything you need for a long weekend. Ideally located, easy reach for all transport, a few local restaurants in walking distance.
