Parking was tricky. The entrance to the garage is SUPER narrow and if you didn’t go straight on there was a risk in damaging the car. We left the car in the garage for the whole visit as we didn’t want to have to navigate in and out. But parking felt safe and secure.

Cute property with all of the lovely furnishings. Air conditioning worked very well and we were grateful being so hot. Well equipped fridge and kitchen. Close to all major attractions in downtown Porto.

There was a persistent noise we believe from the hob every 10-15 minutes for about 10 seconds,even though it wasn’t used. We could not find the WiFi “Sweet Porto” on the list on our devices.This was not a problem for us as we used Roaming on our phones,might be an issue for someone else.

Studio, being over 60 does not allow you to go down the steep stairs at night, we slept on the additional pull out bed below. But it was good.

Getting the keys is tricky if you are also trying to park a vehicle. The map they provide is great, but you have to access the keys from a lockbox on the street before you can get the garage door opener which will allow you to park. It's not difficult, you just need to plan ahead. We parked in a parking garage and then got the keys and moved the car. If you are renting a vehicle, don't get a medium sized car or anything bigger. You will need to fold in your mirrors when driving the tunnel to the parking area.

The location is right next to a popular shopping mall/street and the Balhao food market, so there is plenty to walk to. It's in a great part of the city, while also not being an incredible busy street. The apartment is spacious and the hosts were very responsive on WhatsApp.

Could have some napkins and dish towels-minor inconvenience, but would be great for people that like to cook.

The location was perfect. Sweet Porto is a great place for a couple to land. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen is nice to make light meals. We loved having our morning coffee on the terrace.

Great location. Outside space/ terrace was excellent for relaxing after a days sightseeing. Parking was secure and just down the road (about 10 car lengths) on the opposite side of the road, the entrance was narrow but manageable with care. Keys were available from a box at no. 133, parking was at no. 125 and apartment was at 162. A couple of small Tawney Port bottle were a nice welcome. We would stay here again.

Everything was great though the studio was on the second floor and the building did not have an elevator so if you have trouble carrying your luggage up a couple of flights this may not be the best choice. Additionally the unit is a well designed studio and the bed is on the mezzanine level reached by an alternating staircase.

The stairs to the vide bedroom is dangerous and scary! I have a rheumatism and I almost fell twice. Not isolated, cold at night and the sound was loud. We came in late but probably the neighbors heard us as it is not soundproof. When there was a big truck driving by the appartement was shaking.

The aperitif was a cute touch! and easy contact with service team. (customer service) The size of the apartment and the stocked kitchen. Location was amazing! Affordable! Missed an iron and bread knife. We were presently surprised when we came in! Better than we expected. Small but cute balcony.

The garage is not in the same building. They demand you to pay the city tax before you get the key. The office is in the central so it is difficult to reach by a car. There are many oneway and the street is narrow, but everyone is very kind. The garage door to open, you have to press close and close the door, press open.

The apartment was great! I loved the terass and wooden floor. Everything was OK and the bed was comfortable. I was there alone, but could come with a small family. It located in central so I could come back after shopping and went out again. There are so many shops and restaurants. You can get everwhere easily. I would visit here again in sommer.

Entrance to the garage is quite narrow - need to enter from a very busy narrow street. Having a parking spot was a good add on. One of the reasons we chose this place.

Orange trees on the terrace! Gorgeous location close to everything. Safe parking on the same street. Staff were so lovely. Great check in with lots of information and maps provided. Really lovely apartment!

Just a helpful suggestion to have a double plug available in the kitchen. Everything else was great.

This apartment makes a great stay in Porto, especially if you have car. The location is perfect in the old city, so Park your car in the private, secure parking and then leave it and walk everywhere. It's just a short stroll to the main pedestrian street in the old town, and to great cafes, restaurants and the local historic sights. Also, just a 20min walk down to the river, with markets and riverside cafes and access to the river cruise. The apartment itself was spacious, light, well furnished, and very comfortable. Catarina was there to meet us and thoroughly explained everything and gave us a very helpful map and great tips for our time on Porto. Thank you, Sweet Potato Team, for a great stay.

Really nothing to find fault with.

The communication from Sweet Porto was excellent - providing us with important information and keeping us updated. We were actually moved from our original booked accommodation to an apartment in Bloom House. Eva took care of everything and was extremely friendly, helpful & professional. Our apartment was excellent. Spacious, clean and lovely decoration & furnishings. The complimentary bottle of port was a lovely touch to make us feel welcome.
