The property was clean and staff members were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing with lots of choice including pastries, cereal, eggs, juices and fruit.

Moving luggage up the stairs could be an issue for some. Parking is an issue if traveling by car. The apartment is very central so there may be street noise on Saturday night.

Beautiful property that has some of the original stonework still in tact. It's a great central location and the staff was awesome! Everyone we interacted with was so kind and helpful. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was really lovely as well. All around a great spot to stay!

Everything! The staff was particularly helpful with suggestions for restaurants, carrying our luggage to and from our room, and suggesting the best way to take a tram ride. They also went above and beyond in assisting with a problem with our Bolt ride to the airport!

Location was so central - breakfast was delicious - staff were so friendly, accommodating and helpful. You must try By the Wine for a delicious dinner if you get the time!

We have stayed in this hotel 3 times already, the staff is very friendly and helpful, its also beautiful. The quality of the bed and pillows is excellent too, as well as the breakfast. Its a real "boutique" hotel experience, and not just marketing. Looking forward to staying there a 4th time :)

A real gem. We booked 3 rooms and all had their own individualistic style. Cool in the hot Lisbon sun. Breakfast was exceptional. We only stayed one night..really wished we did another.

Our room was right next to a bar that ran late. I kept waking up to people outside our window but that ain't the hotels fault and I slept through it mostly anyway.

Staff went above and beyond and added romantic aspects like flowers and wine at rewuest. The room was beautiful and it felt safe and private. Probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in and the breakfast was mega too. Really recommend.

Unfortunately the air conditioner in my room went out right before I arrived and it was very warm weather. The staff had put 4 or 5 fans in my room before I arrived to try as best as they could to cool room down. As I was only there in evenings for the most part, and the evenings cooled down, it was OK but not great for sleeping until early morning. They tried to find another room for me but they were booked. I think I should have been offered a discount of some kind, maybe for a future stay as this is a great place to stay!

The only downside for me was that there was no fridge in the room. However, I am sure that I could have used the kitchen fridge had I asked. People should also note that although of no consequence to me, there is no lift to the upper floors.

Goncalho (hope that I got the spelling right!) and Shameer were so helpful - advising me on good restaurants, providing maps of the immediate area, activities. The location is ideal to explore central Lisbon and close to the railway and river to explore further afield. Breakfast is brilliant with fresh fruit, eggs (in whatever way you want). Lots of choice. My room was large, comfortable bed, cleaned every day (I was there for 4 nights). I will certainly stay here again when I am next in Lisbon.

Nothing much. There is a fabulous bar just across the street from the back rooms (where we stayed) that can get a bit noisy.

Beautiful boutique hotel, charming ambience, perfectly located, wonderfully friendly staff. If I was ever visiting Lisbon again, I’d definitely stay here.

Very nice hotel. The room we had was very large with a sitting area. Room was very clean and nicely designed. Enjoyed the breakfast as well.
