I question how clean the showers are- I saw a couple cobwebs in the one I used. Not a huge deal though.

The vibes were amazing! Such a beautiful place with stunning views. The bed was comfortable. The laundry machines were so great. I loved the communal atmosphere- everyone at the albergue was so friendly.

Amazing place, amazing people. Unique type of accommodation on my/the camino - a former farm converted into a cozy albergue. Animals galore.

Nothing. This is a place to come back to

This is a very special place to stay. The building is beautiful and the location is right on the Camino. The kitchen and dining areas made it easy for cooking dinner and the sunset was spectacular! And the little pool was a treat at the end of a long day of walking

Nothing that would deter me from staying again

Right on the Camino path! Lovely stay with lots of patience and care for pilgrims that found themselves in need of a rest day in a safe, comfortable environment. Hated to leave but the way called. Make a point to book a massage with Joao - truly an incredible healing experience. Big thank yous to Hugo and Alex!

    Nothing!

I absolutely loved this, what I call farm stay, property. I was fortunate to have a room with a patio area, together with table and chairs, which allowed for an amazing view of the sunset. There were horses, sheep and dogs too right next us. Being an animal lover this just topped my stay.

    Absolutely nothing

It was right on the Camino path even though a little remote from facilities. You could tell it was family run, the service was very personable. Even though remote we needed nothing, we had a beautiful pilgrims meal delivered from a nearby restaurant and could buy wine beer & water onsite. It was an honour to stay in such an old, beautifully preserved farm house. the little river lulled you to sleep and was also diverted to a plunge pool which was ideal to tired legs.

This Albergue is a former monastery, I was told, so there are many unique and very old features both inside and outside. I enjoyed taking a dip in the little pool in the garden. Dinner was delivered by a local restaurant. Beds were very comfy.

That I did not book another night to explore the surrounding areas.

It was a very pleasant stay in very old and special building. My husband is still telling people of how amazing it was to spend a night in such an ancient building. We booked dorm beds but were upgraded to a very private unit outside. I loved all the animals - horses, pigs and and even water turtles in the little dam. There were lots of open spaces outside to socialise and also inside and we really had a great time with fellow travellers. The kitchen is well-equipped. This was definitely one of the best stays on the Camino.

The floor of the dorm on the 1st level is very bouncy, meaning you can feel every step anyone in the room takes whilst lying in bed. Also, downstairs is the kitchen and living area and you can hear people talking very clearly. Seems like the floor could be insulated/strengthened a bit better.

A beautiful hostel, wooden interior, big garden, lovely dogs and cats around. 2 kitchens, 2 dorms. You can buy a few drinks here and order from a restaurant, so if you're tired you don't have to go anywhere anymore. You can eat while the sun sets over the ocean. Just lovely.

I am guessing that if there were more pilgrims they would have opened up more of the social space which looked interesting.

Although it was not directly on my Camino path, it was so worth walking the extra 1.5 KM to get there. I was expecting to be in the dorm but I got assigned a single bed in a room with 4 beds. This was really nice and although it was a small room, the place had a really nice vibe and I was able to chill out with other pilgrims. Although there was not many places to eat, the takeaway service they had with a local restaurant was worth the 12.5 Euros. Portion was generous and the salad was very tasty. Remember to take cash with you which you will also need if you want to treat yourself to some homemade cakes and biscuits. It was amazing to watch the sunset and also soak my feet and legs in their pool.
