Loved the location as it was close to the beach. Very friendly manageress who answered all our questions. Lovely pool where we were able to have a refreshing swim after a long hot day exploring all the sights Please update your photos on Booking.com.The photo's don't do the hotel any justice and what we had as a room was far better than the photo's would have suggested

We did get a good deal but the room overlooked the car park and the water when showering came back up through the drain and flooded the bathroom 😟

Only negative was the pool area which was very shaded by trees, the pool was very cold but hopefully as the temperature rises this will help to warm ip the water.

I particularly liked the location as it was not too far a walk for bars/ restaurants but situated in a quiet area. It was also small and friendly which was lovely.

Really nice place close to buzz center of Albufeira. Have a nice UK bar near and beatiful small beach with nice walking trail across rocks. But, be ready to English style food.

Overall my experience at Agua Viva was fantastic. From checking in my room was available early and Cristina kindly gave me the option of 2 available rooms. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean with everything you needed to have a comfortable stay. Checking in and out was an easy process - I could not say a bad word about this place and would recommend people to visit here if you are looking for quiet accommodation which is in a great location!

Absolutely beautiful agua viva was very clean and tidy , amazing stay ,close to restaurants had breakfast next door every morning which was perfect The host Christina was absolutely amazing such a lovely lady !! Would definitely stay here again .

Was on the lower level which was quiet- backside of bar … Had a rooftop terrace and a small kitchen with fridge, kettle, microwave n safety deposit box in room. Very friendly and helpful owner - Comfortable beds Good restaurant attached to property

Nothing.everything you needed was there

What a wonderful,enjoyable stay, everything was great, from the time we arrived, the accommodation was very clean, the room was snug, wonderful balcony for afternoon sun..all staff very kind, and " Christina from the time we arrived, she could not do enough for us...so kind and thoughtful person. She made us feel so welcome..if I could give this property 12 out of 10 .. I would, The beach is 5 minutes walk, bars and restaurants within walking distance, but where this property is, very quite at night

Our only issue was with the pool, guests get access to the pool in the bar “Frankie’s” next door. It was very small and the day we went to look at it the staff from the bar were quite rude. We didn’t bother going back due to this nor did we eat or drink there. I understand this isn’t part of Agua Viva, whose staff were fantastic!

The property was lovely, and immaculately clean. Lovely balcony too. Not far from the strip. A lovely small hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff.

Nothing not to like , The Agua Viva gets better with every visit

As a returning guest , I was once again greated by the Wonderful Host Christina , and it was lovely to see that some improvements that She had carried out especially the new marble staircase and polished metal railings , We were given a choice of 2 rooms , We chose one with a large balcony/terrace, which attracted the afternoon sun ,I've never stayed in room that got cleaned so many time, had so many clean towels and bedding changes , The attached bar Frankies was also excellent , they boast the best breakfast in town which probably was. I also enjoyed the live entertainment at night there too aswell as evening meals and always felt welcome , especially after returning from the beach in need of immediate refreshment, All in All a beautiful place to stay , relax and enjoy yourself , An idyllic location especially couples , Hopefully return again soon
