How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Great value for money close to Aveiro, with everything we needed to spend a couple of days. The owner, D. Laura, is the cherry on top of the cake, very sweet and caring, always with a smile and ready to make our stay the more comfortable possible. The property is big and spacious, with parking included.

This place is hard to beat and we've been in a lot of Booking hotels /bnbs in many countries.
You just landed at Grandma's beautiful home and heart. Beautiful clean room, your very own grandma, secure parking, beauty everywhere, lots of antiques to enjoy, amazing breakfast selections, Only minutes from Aveiro by car, quiet area.

Would have been nice to be able to walk to a restaurant but needed to use car.
Laura was very welcoming and made us feel very much at home. Excellent breakfast.

Laura is undeniably a great host, super kind and attentive to her customers' needs. Our room with its ensuite bathroom was clean and comfortable, spacious enough for the two of us. Laura makes a fully equipped kitchen available to her guests. very nice! There is also a large fridge in which to store perishable foods if need be. Breakfast was generous and varied, a pleasurable way to start the day! (the only area of improvement for me - at the time we were there ,- would be the freshness of the fruits which could have been slightly better). Being able to safely park the car inside of the property was a real plus. Overall, we were very happy with our choice of B&B for our 2-night stay. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

the property was beautiful. The yard was in perfect shape with flowers and fruit growing. the host Laura was the sweetest women. you can tell she has a big heart! she took care of us when we didn’t even ask for anything. she washed and folded and ironed our clothes. She let us borrow towels for the beach and helped us when my Aunt didn’t feel well. Her husband was very friendly as well even though he didn’t speak English, he always had a smile and a greeting for us. Laura and I communicated by phone with translator app. Her dogs and cats were also well behaved and so cute! Definitely stay here! We did eat at a restaurant she recommended and it was so good we ate there twice. O Pucaro was the name. the establishment was close to Aviero and Costa Nova for great beach time! best stay we’ve had so far in Portugal!

Laura was such a welcoming host. She creates a family atmosphere in her casa filled with love. I arrived famished late in the day and she opened her kitchen to me. Staying at Casa Ti Laura is like a warm hug

Laura & Rita have raised the bar far beyond the “smiley face” ratings for hospitality and cleanliness! The breakfast buffet was out of this World! We departed their home feeling like we were visiting our relatives. I gave the home a very good rating for location only because I was looking for something with a beachfront view but the value of this property and the fact that the location was so close for many sights to see deserves a higher rating.

There was a rooster somewhere in the neighborhood that had a few false alarms overnight haha…no complaints about the property itself.
Beautiful property! The room and lounge were clean and colorful, the dining area was full of local decor and even included delicious fruit from the same yard. Laura was very attentive to our needs and so friendly. What a charming, wonderful stay.

Ti Laura's Casa exceeded our expectations. The host, Laura, was so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Very comfortable beds. Great water pressure in the shower. The house was very quiet despite the number of occupants staying. Free onsite parking available. The entire casa was spotless. Great breakfast with lots of choices. For the animal lover, Laura's well behaved pets (dogs & cats) added a fun twist to our stay. The location is within a few miles to the tourist section of town making our stay feel peaceful. Would stay again in a heartbeat.
