Only minus point was the lack of air conditioner. As we were ground floor by the street we weren’t comfortable keeping the windows open so it made for a constantly hot room.

Clean, good location, everything you need if you wanted to cook for yourself etc. Host was so friendly and helpful, nothing was a problem.

The location was great with a nice short walk to the town centre. There are basic supplies available in the bar which was very convenient. And the best thing about the accommodation is the manager Rui who really takes care of his guests. Thanks for everything Rui!

Too hot in the rooms. A bit of ‚walk‘ to the bathroom. Automatic light switches on in the corridor when other guests are arriving and makes one awake in the night shining into your room.

Everything was great. Kitchen well equipped. Great host. Very clean. Good location. Amazing terrace to sit in the mornings and evenings. You can borrow a sun umbrella for your beach trip. Comfortable beds.

Nothing :) only thing to note is distance from train station if you’re not keen on walking with luggage, otherwise it’s about 20 minute walk which is straight forward :)

Had a lovely stay, property felt safe and quiet and had everything I needed. Plenty of space in the room, Comfortable , clean and nice little communal areas too for preparing food :) saw host on the last day and he was super friendly . Very close to supermarket too which is ideal.

The room was a bit chilly early mornings, the weather was not as expected at this time of the year and this could've been a factor. It turned for better on the last day of our stay.

The property is near central to Faro town and 10 minute walk to most city destinations. Staying in the centre was really helpful for us. Street parking available and safe for vehicles. The host Rui was especially warm and welcoming ensuring we had a good time. The cleanliness was top-notch and extra care is taken to keep high standards. I'd highly recommend this stay to anyone wishing to stay near the centre of city in Faro.

I booked this hostel for the second time – mostly because my flights usually arrive late at night in Faro, and I prefer not to travel to Portimão in the middle of the night. The hostel is super clean, full of charm, and Rui’s service is absolutely top-notch – 100 points! The “Bar of Trust” is always well stocked with coffee, water, beer, cocoa, etc. The outdoor area is perfect for relaxing or opening your laptop for some flexible work – Flexoffice à la Portugal. The Wi-Fi is excellent! A taxi ride from Faro Airport (FAO) costs around EUR 10–15. The train station in Faro, along with the central bus station for regional and long-distance buses, is within easy walking distance – around 15 to 20 minutes, depending on your pace.

Very good. Very clean. A nice bonus were the little things that can be necessary and useful. Cosmetics, books, beach umbrella for free. Coffee, drinks for a nominal fee. Excellent location. We were very pleased. The price-quality ratio is fully consistent. The owner sent an email with recommendations on places to shop and dine within walking distance. It was very nice.

The kitchen area is cleaned every day, and had most things you need. Just the one ceramic hob, so if there were lots wanting to cook, I can imagine it would be a bit crowded.

Very clean, good security, in renovated town house. Rui, the owner, was really helpful and communicative. Comfortable beds, clean sheets and nice white towels. Bathroom was compact, clean and everything worked.

It was not in the center exactly but you could walk there in a few minutes and it was close to all amenities, including laundromats. But everything else was perfect.

The rooms and all the hostel were flawless, super clean and very cosy architecture with beautiful tiles. Rui the owner is very nice and helpful and taking good care to make everyone feel welcome. The room was spacious and had shelves, rack, a mirror, and all the basic facilities to feel at home. There was a kitchen where we could cook, have breakfast and prepare sandwiches. There was a big backyard with a table, perfect to hang out or have dinner. There was also a common area with a couch that we did't use much. The private toilet is flawless, very comfortable. We felt like home!
