The kitchen is well equipped, the bed extremely comfortable, and the entire place was spotless. The garden is beautifully kept and adds a special charm to the property.

“This hostal has no nameboard - it's above the Prezeres a Mesa restaurant, which is easy to find on the side of the road. We'd recommend letting them know when you expect to arrive, as the place is closed outside restaurant hours otherwise. There is a good-sized car park and the accommodation is accessed via an external staircase. The main room is a big, bright and airy kitchen-diner. There is a separate sitting room, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and a terrace with some outside seating, so plenty of space! There are 2 bars a few minutes walk away or you can try (as I did) the beef on a skewer at the restaurant. With chips as well it's tasty and very filling!”

In our opinion, a car is essential, as the apartment is tucked away off the beaten track. The view makes up for it all; lying on the bed, you can gaze at the beautiful ocean.”
