It was our first time traveling to Puerto Rico. Natalia received us at Urban Tropical Oasis and show us the apartment. She was very nice and gave us some tips about restaurants, supermarkets, and beaches to go.

Very clean and beautifully decorated property in convenient location and nice neighborhood. Comfortable beds with soft sheets. Planty of clean towels and beach towels. Kitchen well equipped with basic ingredients ( coffee, spices, sugar, oatmeal) for light cooking. Beach chairs, towels, bag, and cooler available. Nice balcony for evening relaxation. Parking on the front. Very convenient location to grocery stores, Old Town, beach, and out of town adventures. The adventures our family loved: - Escambron Beach - very kids friendly, snorkeling. - Ziplining at Toro Verde - Waterfalls at Gonzalandia - El Yonke rain forest.

I liked everything about the place.. the beds were super comfortable.. the AC does work very well LOL.. we were close to a lot of places in the Uber so the Ubers were very cheap four five six seven eight dollars $10 the month

I couldn't recommend this place more. Perfect location in San Juan to get to every part of the city in 15min. Surrounded my restaurants and stores and comes with parking for your rental. The hosts are absolutely the best and even printed our concert tickets for us. Great communication days before the trip and a super nice place with 2 balconies. 100% everything we wanted for our trip and more book them up!

Three days before our arrival, and in complete contradiction to the terms of the deal the owner of the apartment demanded the full amount in a WhatsApp message as a condition of her agreement to our late arrival. She demanded everything in advance, including an additional $100 for cleaning and additional taxes. She rejected my offer to pay half now and half when we arrive. She claimed that she did not intend to meet us, and full payment must be made in advance. The apartment is beautiful but not well-maintained. A clogged drain in the shower, soft and uncomfortable mattresses. There were no blankets, and on the bedspread that served as a blanket, there were yellow stains that looked like semen stains. The pillows were soft and uncomfortable. An additional pair of pillows with matching covers for the bedspread did not look clean enough to put under our heads. The kitchen was not adequately clean. The cleaning did not appear to include the use of disinfectants such as bleach, and the dishwashing liquid was used. The main electricity in the secondary room did not work. The internet did not work well, and after two days it stopped working completely. The apartment did not have cleaning services, which is fine, but no cleaning utensils were left and there were not enough garbage bags left for the bin, so that we could clean ourselves and take out the garbage every day. There is no washing machine in the apartment, and when we asked after two days for a change of towels, we were met with a demand for a payment of $100, and many hours after our departure we received a warning on WhatsApp that if the apartment was not sufficiently clean upon our departure, in addition to the $100 we were required to pay in advance for cleaning, we would be charged an additional $100. Needless to say, we did everything we could to maintain the equipment in the apartment and to keep it clean. The WhatsApp messages to us were written in polite but demanding and unpleasant

The location looks a little sketchy because it’s located in an older worn neighborhood. This property however is the best property on the street and we never felt unsafe.

The property was very clean and felt safe. Gated property.
