Good location. It has a kitchen if you want to cook. The breakfast is more like snacks but if you’re planning go out from early you can grab some and start your day. It was also clean and with a bunch of restaurants around.

Wasn't the most luxurious location for a tourist, but if you're used to that sort environment, you'll feel right at home.
Nice getaway spot for couples. Cozy and quaint. Down the street from the beach and great local food all around within walking distance

The breakfast was simple and didn't provide too many options to choose - it's not a breakfast for us, but more like morning snacks: milk, fruit cups, and water are good for us, but other than that just cookies, hard bread sticks and protein bars. But we can easily go to nearby restaurants and have heavy breakfast. It can be a little tricky to park the vehicle cuz it's not always that you can find a perfect spot to park nearby street. The bathroom curtain cannot block the water well; when we showered, it is easy to get the water everywhere in the bathroom.
We checked in smoothly, and the location is great and quiet. It only took us 10 minutes to walk to the Ocean Park Beach. The neighborhood is friendly and quiet as well. The bed is comfortable and perfect for two people, even have more space. The water runs strong and well. We didn't meet any staffs but they responded very quick during the chat and answered our questions in time.

The room was pretty much like a studio apartment right in the center of downtown area. It was super cute and clean and very secure. There was a locked gate to go through, stairs to our room and code locked door. I will say if you are a light sleeper it might not be the best for you because it is very lively at night with music and road noise. I am not a light sleeper so this was not a problem for me. One other thing is the listing said breakfast included but the breakfast is coffee, granola bars and small boxes of cereal so don’t expect a full breakfast. Overall our stay was wonderful and if we were to go back I would stay again! And this room was an amazing price!

It was farther than I realized from Old Town but that was my mistake not theirs.
It was compact little apartment, clean and comfortable. It is close to the beach, coffee shops and a cute taco bar called Acapulco. We had good communication with the owner via messages.

Bed was very springy and uncomfortable.
The location was great, we enjoyed the privacy. We only saw two guests the whole stay. It was very convenient to highway, shops. Good truck and mini mart across street was very convenient too!

We don’t have any complaints.
Tapia Haus was great! It was comfortable and in the perfect location! The staff was very responsive and nice. We will absolutely be staying there again! The breakfast could have been better. If you offer a continental breakfast, you need to make sure there’s plenty of pastries, cereal, milk, juice, etc. otherwise don’t offer the breakfast as an option. But we really enjoyed our stay anyway!!

I was promise that someone would be at the property to let me in. I waited for an hour outside. The phone number provided is computer operated. I had to find another accommodation. After I got an apology from someone saying mistake has been made and offered a free night in compensation. When I wanted to stay at the property few days later they told me they can’t comply as have a policy of 2 days minimum stay and offered 10% discount but on a much higher rate. Rather poor customer service🤷♂️

Floors left white socks dirty when walking around and extremely uncomfy/unsupportive bed. Mini mart across the street have music into the night but doesn’t last too long. Tried using the “24/7 complementary concierge” service when i thought I left an item in the room post-checkout. Was told that they don’t not speak English and was hung up on immediately. Very frustrating.
Breakfast was along the lines of a Dole fruit cup, milk carton, crackers, & prepackaged muffins. Simple but honestly was perfect to take it to go. Appreciated the water bottles available at all hours. Very spacious room with storage and shelves. Nearly full sized fridge. LOVED that entry is via codes versus keys!! Across the street from food trucks and mini marts.

The staff was great and very welcoming! The spot is close to a beach , many food places, and market's. Everything is within walking distance. The place was clean and the owner was very detailed also very good at getting back in touch with you. I would stay here again! You get to experience the whole community vibe and what it is like to live in San Juan from this area!
