We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesNo elevator! Seniors or folks with special physical limitations must be aware. Sheets had small stains.
I liked that it felt authentic, like we were staying in a family home. The terrace offers a nice view and a friendly kitty to greet you. The hotelier/manager, Señor Colon, was extremely hospitable and helpful with tips for tourists. Great Spanish restaurant next door. Walking distance from Museum of Art.

Location had a very elegant restaurant. Newly opened but excellent and patient staff. Very quiet background music. You did not have to speak too loudly to your dinner companion. The chef even stopped by and had a pleasant conversation explaining the menu. Overall, a really enjoyable experience.

United StatesThe building overall was a bit rundown. The fixtures in the bathroom badly needed updating. Grout needed replacing.
We were greeted warmly by proprietor (didn't catch his name) who eagerly described history of property. Lots of vintage photos showing history. He described sights nearby and we instantly made off for the Art Museum within a ten minute walk (fabulous). The interior though a bit rundown was interesting and cozy. He told us to be sure to visit rooftop (extensive but not apparently in use) which housed a resident cat, parakeets, hens and cockatiel!

United StatesThere are honestly just 2 things that would have made my stay perfect there. 1. A microwave. My daughters and I don't eat a lot, so a microwave to heat up left over food would have been nice. 2. A small coffee pot. I can only drink decaffeinated coffee because of my heart, and finding decaffeinated coffee in Puerto Rico isn't as easy as some may think. Other than that, everything was great.
I liked the comfortable feeling of the hotel. If you are looking for a modern high-tech updated hotel, then this isn't the place for you. This hotel is an old home converted into a quiet, secure, and cozy hotel. The staff are really nice and will take time to talk to you. I loved the plants and the terrace on the roof. I also loved how the owner accommodated us by putting us in a 3 bed room instead of the standard 2 bed room at no extra charge. Thank you.
