We stayed in room 16. I didn’t like that we could hear the traffic from our room. This street was very busy.

I liked that there were so many restaurants within walking distance. The staff was friendly and responsive. Gabriel was amazing! All his recommendations were spot on! He was very hospitable and accommodating!

Smell of dampness in room

Rosalina Ocean Park is exactly as described. It's charm and laid back vibe is 💯, small concern, smell of dampness in the room, but as extremely sensitive as I am, it did not affect my 4 day stay at all. Plan to get your steps in to the beach, but so worth the walk... Yes, I would definitely stay here again and again. Thanks Rosalina for a really cool vacation. Rosalinda 🥰

Using the stairs with luggage was a little difficult, only bring a carry on, or a backpack if staying upstairs.

I was slightly misled by the name and thought this would be located within the ocean park gated community and have access to that most nearby beach. I also did not pay close enough attention when booking to notice the specific details of my unit which was a studio with 1 small window, as opposed to the property listing which depicts balconies. Most of my grievances with the property are in fact oversights on my end, but they seemed convenient for the property. Additionally, there is free on site parking described but there are very limited spots. We were able to find free parking on a nearby side street, but again this was not exactly as depicted I felt. The bathroom left some to be desired in terms of cleanliness.

I loved the location and ease of access. We were able to use this as a landing pad on the night that we landed from our different locations. The bed was fine. The pool and property were gorgeous. Overall it was a fine stay.

It's a true surprise cause the space is so unassuming from the outside and then you walk in and it's a little paradise. Space was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Within walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops, beach, etc...I highly recommend.

The doors to the room are frosted glass, so I could see it being very noisy if people are in the hallways or pools. Luckily, my stay was very quiet.

Overall a wonderful stay! I stayed here as a solo traveler and arrived very late at night. I felt safe checking into the hotel at night, and loved walking around the neighborhood the next day. The room had everything I needed for a short overnight stay. I didn't use the pools, but I loved that they were there with towels and sunscreen available. They also kept my luggage for me after checkout so I could explore the neighborhood before my cruise. The neighborhood feels very local with lots of restaurant and bar options, and the beach is within walking distance.

The only thing I would say that I didn’t like was there was not a full sized broom in the room. Only the little one that comes with a dustpan. That meant lots of bending down to clean, especially kid messes that was not ideal. Not a deal breaker by any means but more of just an inconvenience.

It was well kept. The room was bright and I appreciated having temperature control. There was a storage room where we could replenish things we needed in the room. The staff was very responsive when you needed anything or had questions. I appreciated the quietness of the location even though it is in a pretty convenient area close to the beach and many great restaurants. It was great for both kids and adults.

Unhappy with extremely steep stairs to room. Very difficult to get suitcase up stairs alone upon arrival. When it rained, stairs became slick and even dangerous. Would have liked a coffee maker in room. Coffee outside was cold if any was made at all

Room was very nice, excellent air conditioning, comfortable bed, nice shower. As a solo traveler I felt safe in this hotel.

The room desperately needs shelving. There's nowhere to put anything. This would cost almost nothing but dramatically improve the room comfort.

Fantastic location, close to the beach and restaurants. The pools and outdoor areas were nice. Smart TV was good and Internet worked well in the room and outside it. The microwave and fridge are so nice to have, and having a few complimentary drinks was a nice touch.

Clean, comfortable bed, short walk to ocean park beach. Lots of food and drink options close by, Walgreens in walking distance. Check out Kasalta for brunch just a couple blocks down. Friendly staff, quick responses. Would recommend and stay again.

Penthouse apartment was great for 4 friends. Full kitchen, soft drinks and water provided. Beds comfy, dining and lounge area and great outside private deck. Comp morning coffee. Staff are super helpful. Pools and loungers great! This was our 2nd stay topping and tailing a cruise. Close to places to eat, drug store and about 15 mins into old San Juan by taxi. Really close to the airport.

Staff are so helpful, very clean, beds comfy. Fresh coffee in the morning is a treat. Close to places to eat. Rooms are quite small and shower takes a while to get warm but perfect for a couple of nights.

The property was clean, great location, and appeared to have lots of TLC. I dislike the fact no elevators. We had to carry luggage etc up the stairs. Which was very challenging. Very very easy check in

I urge them to buy pull out couches that are water and stain proof. The velvety pullout couch had a huge stain and looked grimey. It's a turn-off. Get couches that are for indoor outdoor purposes and can be wiped clean. Leave the AC on when guests leave as room #1 was super damp and our towels and bathing suits didn't dry even with the AC on. Put up a clothes line by the pool bathroom. Please! The shades are cheap and 3 of them wouldn't roll up making our bedroom very dark like a room in a basement. New higher quality shades are needed.

I love the pools especially the one with the waterfall and the enclosed peaceful courtyard. I liked the bedroom even though it was a small room and like the bed. The staff are helpful and they were quick to respond and fix the stovetop when we told them it wasn't working.
