Everything was great the owner was very nice. The property was maintained. It was very safe my husband and I was able to walk in the neighborhood. The owner thought about everything you would need in an appointment. I would stay again very clean and quiet.

Did not like flat uncomfortable pillows, but most importantly, no hot water and saw one or two roaches.

I liked the layout and decor very nice terrace with cute lights and curtains for shade, loved the TV in every room and comfy beds. Good Wi-Fi.

There’s always room for improvement. I would suggest an easier and faster way to get the keys and access to the apartment. The bed is a good comfortable size, but has a regular mattress with a memory foam topper. The topper wasn’t too comfortable and it moved all over the place. I would suggest a comfier pillow top plush mattress for the bed. Also the apartment comes with a washer, but no dryer. A dryer is definitely needed. Besides these recommendations, everything else was great!

The location is in a weird place, but you’re like 10 minutes from the airport. The apartments are located in the nicest building in that neighborhood. They have a parking for your vehicle. Once we were at the property and made the payment, we waited about 25-30 minutes before we received the keys to the apartment and had access. All the communication was done via text messaging. The best part was when we got into the apartment. It’s clean, well organized, spacious and very elegant. The living room and the bedroom have big screen tv’s. The accomodations were very detailed and comfortable. I would recommend this apartment to others. And, I would definitely stay here again!

The neighborhood is a bit iffy but not dangerous, at least for a 1-night stay. The payment process on paypal with the "friend" option is sketchy, the host started complaining and almost didn't give me the door code right before my departure. Nevertheless it all ended up well.

Location close to the airport, very convenient for late night arrivals if you are renting a car. Not cheap but still cheaper than the airport hotel.

Some mosquitoes, but it went away once I turned the ac on. I did not receive the information for the lockbox and wifi until I got there, which would have been a disaster had I not gotten assistance from the taxi driver with a Hotspot in order to contact the owner. I thought the $55 cleaning fee was a lot for someone like me who was just overnighting.

It's in close proximity to the airport, it's clean and beautifully designed. As a solo traveler and a woman at that, I did not feel unsafe, although the neighborhood did look kind of sketchy at first. All the necessary amenities are available and a large screen TV for TV lovers like myself. The owner responded very quickly to any queries that I had.

We needed a place close to the airport (SJU) for inbound and outbound flights and this place worked out well! Clean, spacious (for 2 people) and the host (Robinson) was easy to contact and provided all the necessary information (i.e., pics, videos, directions, etc.) to find and access RH los ángeles (#3) APT! A few decent local restaurants nearby that made finding a meal close by easy to do!

The only comment is that the $55 cleaning fee seemed high. Our $99 room ended up being over $160. Would be okay if staying longer but we were there only one night. Still, you can see how delighted we were with the unit.

Five stars. The first, responsiveness and access. Texts were returned within minutes. Were sent captioned pictures and a video (!!) set to music on how to access gates and lock box and included a tour of the unit. Second star is decor. Wow. Must have had an interior decorator. Was set in gold, gray, and silver. Bathroom was tiled and beautiful. Lots of recessed lighting, beautiful fixtures. Living room was great. Everything looked new. Even the plates and cups matched decor. Third star is accessories. Toaster oven, two large TVs, nice bathroom accessories, even wash clothes (rarely provided even at ‘nice’ hotels) and a padded, non-slip shower mat. There was coffee provided, so nice for people getting up at 5:30 am. And there was hot water to boot. In our 3 weeks here, we found this to be rare. Bed was fantastic with those nice soft pillows we love. There were plenty of outlets, lights for each side of bed, and even cool nightstands. We’ve often commented that owners should stay in their units for a couple of nights to find out how we feel about what’s missing. Not the case here. Thus the fourth star: customer satisfaction. There was clearly a lot of thought given. The fifth star is for gratitude. We’d almost given up on the owner rentals through booking.com. Most are mediocre at best. It’s nice to know that someone understands that they are the host and those that stay are guests, not a money grab. Nice job. Kudos for setting the bar high.

Have issues in the bathroom, I can’t even shower at the place and leave before completely the days of staying.

Communication was difficult, and we had to wait for quite a while outside the apartment before the host got back to us with details on how to get in. This despite the very narrow time window for check-in (4:00-6:00pm). There were ants in the bathroom.

Great parking. Good location for returning to the airport early in the AM with a rental car. Gas station right around the corner. Bed comfortable - pull-out couch not so much, plus very sparse bedding for it. A/C worked great!

No numbers on rooms. No table bench or shelf to set suitcase.

The apartment is nice. There is nowhere to walk no park or green space. Host is good no direct communication does not answer calls only texts. No numbers on units we arrived late and numbers would have helped. Overall good but not great
