The room NEEDS a small table and a chair. I had nowhere to eat in the room. I had to sit on the bed. Also, the WiFi signal is very weak and kept dropping.

The place was spotless. It was quiet and private yet everything was available as you step outside the gate.

Property was centrally located. It was near great restaurants and within walking distance to restaurants at Ashford Ave, Placita de Santurce and Loiza Street. In addition, staff were welcoming and maintained a clean property.

It was nicely located. Very perfect for minimalist who just need a room with the basic necessities for a trip when you know you’re going to be out all night.

Awesome location and price. Easy to walk to the beach and restaurants as well as a grocery store and pharmacy. It was also a quick Uber ride to the convention center. I felt very safe even as a single female. Lucy was super responsive to texts for anything I needed. There was even a beach bag and beach towels ready!

Not having a person/manager on site to answer questions, get recommendations or assistance was strange. We did have an issue checking in and getting the keys and had to email the contact person for assistance.

The location was great! Restaurants, shopping, and the beach were within walking distance of the Red Door Inn.

we had to check out by 11am and our flight wasnt until evening and there was no free place to store our luggage- so that was annoying

great location- very close to the beach, cute rooms, no frills kind of place but appreciated that they had beach towels for us to borrow, a safe and shampoo/conditioner/soap in the showers

We didnt realize someone would come in the room and clean it + the body wash was empty so had to use the hand soap bar to shower. Other than that stay was great!

Very clean and safe and in a great location! Room was small but comfortable and would highly recommend getting the Queen room with the window (think it would feel a little suffocating without). There's no staff onsite but they are very communicative and the entry system worked well. Loved the stay here! One thing to note - there was a bit of an odd chemical smell when we first arrived, but resolved quickly.

Location, location, location! This place is in the heart of Condado, but also off the main strip (Ashford), so less noise. Bonus - it's right across the street from Cocina Abierta. Best 5 course meal on the island!

Room is quite small, no space to sit or place/place luggage/walk around. Our room was almost at street level which meant we had to leave all blinds closed.

Everything beside the address not matching on booking.com or Google to with the Uber driver had to pay more money to change our destination that was a very horrible experience at 12 AM

Property is very clean, very spacious outside seating and has a degree of privacy outside from the trees and plants. The staff was very welcoming and recommended some places for us to try. There’s a mini fridge in the rooms and plenty of storage. The check in process was very smooth, staff will answer any questions quickly. I definitely recommend this place if you plan to visit San Juan

Room number 7 was nice and clean BUT the main purpose of this overnight stay was just to shower comfortably and the shower didn’t work. It was stuffed full of sand and the shower did not drain. Standing in filth.

I absolutely loved my stay! The location is everything!! The cleaner was amazing, she organized our room, snacks and shoes so nicely, she definitely went above and beyond and made us feel right at home. Lucy was also a great help, she would answer any questions i had immediately which was truly appreciated, I will definitely be back.

There were no windows in the room, I wasn't expecting a view but some natural light would have been nice. In spite of the air conditioning, the windowless room started feeling a little musty after a few days. The fire escape plan for this windowless room? If your room door feels warm and you can't exit through the door, call management - seriously, that's what it said. The walls were thin, I could hear every word of conversation happening in the lobby, and most of what was said in the room next to mine. The lobby door was also quite loud, so it woke me up anytime someone came in or left. The lights gave off a quiet but audible electric hum, and since they were the only light source it was unavoidable. The mattress was poor, I started waking up with my back and neck hurting after the second night. The blankets were thin, but fine (warm climate), until halfway through my stay when one of the blankets disappeared and didn't come back. The water pressure in the shower was middling. The check-in process was clunky, the onsite staff were nice but didn't have access to any information so they couldn't tell me what room I was staying in. Mid-day cleans didn't happen consistently, which I would normally be fine with, but in a beach hotel room with hard floors it's hard to avoid getting sand everywhere - more so when the floors don't get swept.

The location was nice, a very short walk to the beach. The air conditioning in the room worked well. The staff on site were very professional and friendly. They provided beach towels to borrow.

I waited two hours for the room and the bathroom was not clean enough, it had some spots in the shower. Also the parking available in front of the building was really expensive.

Towels not changed until 3rd day of stay. Not used to “shuffling” 3 keys… marking them somehow would’ve improved the situation. Very nice staff, especially “Andrea” (sp?)…
