The property was located close to the airport, restaurants and some main attractions. The communication with the hosts was quite effective, always available if needed. The property was clean, had games, beach chairs and even some ingredients for us to use in the kitchen. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

When we first got there it was a little challenging to figure out how to unlock the door. You had to push a few extra buttons that weren't on the directions. We figured it out eventually though. Also, on Maps it looks like it's 15 mins away from Old San Juan but it's more like 25 in traffic, but that's not their fault.

I liked that the property was behind a security fence. It felt very safe. The staff and people I met in the elevator were very nice.

The owner was very accommodating. She promptly replies to your requests/needs and does above and beyond to resolve any issues that you may have. The penthouse is very nice and has all you need to have a great time in PR.

We couldn’t find a blow dryer in the morning while getting ready, but other than that, the apartment had everything.

The location was wonderful. Security was AWESOME!!! They were SO helpful in getting us to the apartment and explaining how all of the security things worked. The view was spectacular too!!!

The internet did not work, and entrance is very crowded since it’s just one to come in or out. But this is nothing they really have much control over.

Hosts are very easy to communicate with , place is organized and very well kept . Excellent views.

It was extremely well kept and renovated. Tania was amazing, attentive, and available when we had questions and concerns. I love the fact that the penthouse came with usable appliances and other personal items. The instructions manual left was super helpful. 10 out of 10 will be staying here again in the future. Bath soap and shampoo was not provided. We brought our own and also went to the local supermarket. The circuit tripped on our last night when we had both washer and dryer on. Due to the holiday season, the host could not respond in time, understandably. Turns out, the main circuit breaker was not located in the unit but in the hallway. This was figured out by speaking to other tenants in the building. Also, one of the elevators was acting funky. It always makes a stop before the destination floor.

Overall clean apartment. 3BR and conveniently stocked with appliances and kitchen utensils. A/C and fans provide adequate cooling and circulation. Also appreciated the washer/dryer and laundry detergent available. For those who want to stay a bit further out from Old San Juan, this is a great location.
