The room we had would have been nice if it was bigger. The shower was a big waste due to size. It would be better with smaller shower and more space for room.

Our Mediterranean suite was lovely, but had no chair or luggage rack, so we had to rely on the veranda to sit and put shoes on. and put suitcases on the bed to pack and unpack.

No functional elevator(was being fixed very early am) we were on third floor, really loud (undetermined source)noises in the middle of the night while we were sleeping and a leaking a/c. No hot water from shower panel.

A lot of the time, there was no front desk person. Sometimes, our room wasn’t cleaned and that was frustrating.

Breakfast was really delicious and I liked how the rooms were decorated.

The shower had no pressure to it and took a long time to heat up. The room wasn’t very well sound proofed which was an issue for us early to bed types.

no facilities, everything was at the sister hotel across the road. check in was super strict and not possible before the official time. shower was kind of planted I. the room.,Balkons with bath was visible from the balcony next door so I didn’t use it. sloppy floor.

This hotel is located on an unattractive side street. Exit the hotel and you pass a dumpster, and several loading bays. We were very disappointed with the view of the lagoon. It was not as shown in the pictures on booking.com.

Not much. Marketing vs practicality questionable. clearly amateur operation that has not been properly road tested by owners. poor lighting. Absence of quality mirrors, shower design and water pressure issues. Hopeless coffee machine. Property not worth rates. Poor entrance lighting and many uneven surfaces. Overpriced.

It was underwhelmed, I would have expected more from a luxury boutique hotel. The shower is beautiful but didn’t work properly, the pressure was low and the water didn't warm up. I missed some basic functionalities in the room, such as hooks for towels, electric outlet and a switcher for the side table lamp.

The hotel is very charming in a quiet street and close to a beautiful lagoon. The rooftop is nice and has a great view of the city. The L’Occitane bathroom amenities were a good surprise. The bed was great, the mattress was firm as I like it and the pillows and linen were quite comfortable.

The room is pretty small, not very clean, nowhere in it to put anything anywhere (challenging to do makeup in the tiny bathroom), the pillows/bed not great. We were definitely disappointed by the quality of our stay and didn’t feel special at all even though we noticed the hotel that we would stay there as part of our honeymoon.

The location was great. The service was great.
