Bring back the night lamps for Haveli

My only option when traveling back home! Stayed here so many times, it's like a 2nd home. Safe even while walking alone at 2am. A 4-minute walk to the beach. Food choices are everywhere while walking Calle Loíza.

Great location...only one block from Calle Loiza restaurants but in a quiet residential area. Street parking was available when needed.

Not too many good eating places....a couple with good local food....plenty for a week stay.

Location was perfect. Walking distance to a nice beach. Walking distance to so many restaurants. Rode the city bus from the airport and dropped off very close to the property. Had everything a family would need. Great set up and well maintained! Flawless Wi-Fi , AC and plenty of electrical outlets. Multiple bathrooms. Spacious refrigerator and all items you’d expect to have at home.

Information on the place was misleading. No garden, no hammocks.

The coffee maker and the dish drying rack was older, and could potentially be replaced.

The separate living and bedroom was nice. It was clean overall. Glad that the parking spot was gated and secure.

The furnishings in the "living room" portion are old and rickety. Updating them would be a welcome improvement.

THE facilities overall were lovely. Bedrooms (2) large, beds comfortable. Kitchen area small but comfortable. Bathrooms nice. The location was very convenient to the airport and everything else we wanted to do. The gated parking was awesome.

I would put few hooks in bathrooms to hang clothes.

Actually, it's good accommodation for this price. Premises are clean and safe (IMHO). The rooms are pretty big and decorated with some antique furniture, I personally like it (while some people may prefer modern) A/C units, TV and refrigerator work well.

Easy to access. Owner is responsive and helpful. The place is clean and has many conveniences. They give you towels, iron and ironing board, beach towels, two beach chairs, bug spray, AC in every room and few more that I’m probably forgetting. The home is secure as well. There are two security gates, one for the parking (requires booking separately I think) and one at the home entrance before the door to the actual unit. The self check in and check out processes were smooth and went without any complications. I would highly recommend this place if you’re looking to stay in San Juan.

The fridge was not getting cold. To get things cold had to put them in the freezer which was only as cold as a normal fridge.

For those looking to not be in the heart of the craziness that is "Downtown San Juan" this is a god spot. Walkable to a nearby clean beach. Safe quiet neighborhood, Rooms are a good size, basic amenities to cook small meals, plenty of towels and other items. Overall a good place.

The area was quiet but noise insulation could definitely be improved, if people in the other rooms are noisy you definitely hear them. There was a huge generator (?) outside our windows that was making some noise but that was not the structure's fault.

The apartment is spacious and clean. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms was all we needed, it has aircon and a small kitchen. The owner of the structure was very helpful and having the parking spots was a really good plus.

I dint like the dog the house next to out place the DOG OMG!!!! That dog 7 a.m. he is let out exactly @ 7 a.m. sharp they would let him out he would bark bark bark and more barking @ nothing just barking @ the air

The front door needs to be addressed because of the gaps.....no coffee filter for coffee maker...and the internet tv wifi what is the wi fi code...??

I can't think of anything that could've made this location better. It was excellent!

This was a perfect location that was only two blocks away from the beach and one block away from the main strip for shops and eateries.

There was only AC in the bedroom.

The property was conveniently located so it was easy to travel to other areas. Very close to the airport. Private parking was provided but you also can park in the street in front of the property.

I really wish the apartment with the Terrance wasn't made into 2 apartments. This was my absolute favorite.

This property is the only place I stay when visiting Puerto Rico!
