Exceptional Stay with an Amazing Host! We had a fantastic family vacation, thanks to our incredible host! From the start, he was extremely friendly and hospitable, making sure we had everything we needed. He even offered airport transfer, which made our arrival stress-free. One of the highlights of our stay was the excursion he arranged for us to the old town. He shared so many fascinating details about the city’s history and culture, making the experience truly special. On top of that, he gave us great recommendations for must-visit spots and the best restaurants to try—we loved every place he suggested! Overall, our stay was beyond our expectations. If you’re looking for a warm, welcoming host who goes the extra mile to make your trip unforgettable, this is the place to stay. Highly recommended! The property was in a great location, making it easy to explore the area. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we truly felt at home throughout our stay. There is no dedicated parking and with a large vehicle the parking can a be a chore. I don’t recommend renting a truck! Parking as a whole in San Juan is not fun. The exterior does not provide a good impression of the modern interior.

Great communication from the host, he offered plenty of suggestions and recommended activities. Very easy check in and check out. The interior was roomy and had enough space for our family of 5. The apartment is updated with new appliances including a Shark vacuum that really helped clean the floors from beach sand. The beds and bedding were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean.

The location was very close to the supermarket, highway, restaurants, and nightlife but was not noisy at all. There was a group of young women staying above us who were clearly there for the nightlife, but we didn't hear them once. Security features were excellent. Each bedroom has its own climate control, so we could be comfortable. It had so many new kitchen amenities and supplies that it felt like someone lived there. Beds were comfortable with varying degrees of firmness. Communication with the owner, once established, was excellent, and he has many suggestions for excursions. He also had a reasonable check out policy, unlike some apartment rentals where they want you to do the cleaning but still hit you with an exorbitant cleaning fee. Was a great experience, would stay again.

It was also rather inconvenient/dangerous to need a key to *leave* the property, especially with multiple guests. Cleanliness also left something to be desired---the kitchen appliances were dirty and had insects living in them, which made us wary about using the kitchen overall.

Large apartment in a nice location with shopping and food in walking distances, and a short trip taxi ride to various beaches and Old San Juan. I had been concerned it was close to the highway, but actually it was fine.

Our host was fantastic, communication was very clear and he offered so much help and assistance. He actually collected us from the Ferry at Ceiba and drove us to the property, for less than a taxi would be, and ensured we were settled in the property. He also offered advice and recommendations throughout, and kindly drove us to the airport when we checked out. The property was beautiful with excellent facilities, and beds were all comfy.

The location was great, it felt safe and the host put us in contact with the cleaner who was very friendly and helped us navigate our stay. The host was friendly, informative and helpful. He gave us recommendations of places to go and things to see. The property itself was spacious with three bedrooms and each room was comfortable. Overall, excellent place to say.

Umm honestly I didn’t have a problem I was able to walk back from this area with a bunch of clubs I’m not saying do that but just giving a reference on how it was safe area I definitely enjoyed myself

The owner is not the best. He did not charge me through booking (please be aware) and then added another $60 for our stay when he charged me through a different method of payment. The owner then claimed that I did not leave his key in the drop box located in a very odd location. I would also consider this house a fire hazard, because the patio doors have no handle on them for entrance, and you cannot leave the building without carrying the key to the main entrance gate.
