Noise from other guests at some point of the night. Other guests leaving beer bottles in the hote entrance. Seriously, people need to do better.

The room was like a small appartment with a room. Not a studio apparment. A small one. The staff was attentive and the beds comfortable. There was noise from other guests because of the Bad Bunny concert. Shouldn't be the usual in other circumstances.

The Omelette station was closed 2 out 7 days, due to the cook being sick. On the other hand we did see a backup cook when the original cook was on break. It would have been nice if the station is open as advertised. We should have researched more. The hotel does not have a private beach. The pool is small.

For us, being further out from Condado was perfect, as it was quiet in the area at night and everything was a short (and cheap) uber away - making this a great stay for relaxation; that said, while for us it was walkable to a cute area for food and drinks in Miramar (and a grocery store), this may not be walkable for everyone, and it is not walkable to the Condado area or further out with more popular/larger beaches and night life. If you’re going for the nightlife specifically, or if you’re the type of person to go for a jog in the morning/night, this may not be the place for you. The only negative experience for us was entirely out of the hotel’s control - the noisy construction across the street that started early in the morning (which for me was fine but I traveled with a friend who woke up to this very early each morning).

Hyatt House was a great place to stay, and the shuttle service was incredibly helpful - we likely wouldn’t have stopped at the beach that the shuttle takes you to otherwise (and it was one of the best beaches we went to during our stay), and the transport to Old San Juan was perfect for us. We found it to be very timely unlike other reviews here (take cash out for tips)! The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and everything was clean. Room service attendant Martha gave amazing recommendations too! Breakfast was included and had good offerings, the pool area was nice (serene and clean), and the staff was very helpful; they were willing to hold our luggage and even mail out our postcards! Additionally, this was a very quick and affordable uber away from the airport.

My room wasn't ready by 4 pm for check in and that was the only downside to my stay. The staff were very accommodating about this issue and allowed me to use the amenteities available while I waited like the free shuttle and the pool.

The place was so lovely and welcoming. The staff were so kind and easy to speak with (in English or Spanish) and the room was very spacious and comfortable.

the staff are mostly helpful, although sometimes if you requested house keeping items in the night (such as extra pillows) you won't get it until next morning because the house keeping is not on site all the time.

This is one of the best family oriented hotels we have stayed! lots of space and the layout is very efficient. The breakfast is one of the best too. The location is awesome, close to Distrito T-mobile, and old town, but you do need a car to get around or take the hotel shuttle, but the shuttle runs to 5pm or 6pm only.

Millie, the manager made sure to make me feel like home. She went above and beyond. I have traveled for work for 20 years and as you can imagine, I have stayed in hundreds of hotels. My stay at the Hyatt House in PR has been one of my best ever. Shout out to the entire crew. They are terrific! I cannot wait to go back. I'd highly recommend it.
