I really enjoyed my stay at this Hotel. One detail that stood out to me was how the hotel reception went out of their way to make sure we were safe with the excursions we were going on. They shared tips on what to look out for at El Yunque, one even did research to check if a lounge was open for us. It's those small details that matter and made us feel welcomed and secure. They were very attentive to us, even when the beach ran out of towels immediately they sent over more. I appreciated the 24/7 access to the hotel. Only downfall, I felt the rooms were small including the parking for vehicles. The hotel is exceptional. We left very happy!

I didn’t like that one of the towels were dirty, but they replaced it as soon as I asked them. It would be nice to have a bottle of water or more coffee pods in the room instead of just one per person. Also, I think that the check-in/checkout times are very extreme on both sides (10 am - 4 pm), it would be nice to be able to sleep until 10/10:30 on your holiday.

Perfect location close to the main area and not far from the old town, nice boutique hotel with smart check-in, very friendly staff and nicely decorated rooms. They let you keep the bags if you are checking out on the day while waiting for your flight.

Pool is way smaller and underkept than the pictures. They did not clean rooms daily or provide extra toilet paper etc. unless specifically asked. They asked for a ridiculous amount of money for late checkout.

Location is great and very convenient access to Condado beach & chairs and towels. They let us use the pool and facilities after checkout. Room was small but clean, bed was comfortable.

The door to the hallway had poor soundproofing, so we heard a lot of noise from the Hallway. There were not enough places in the room to hang wet things like swimsuits.

Great location. Very close to the beach with included chairs and umbrellas at the Beach. Modern facilities and nice pool area. The property has backup-power in case of a power outage.

Property needs some updating: the pool was closed and not available (no reason given), one of the elevators was not working, a number of the plugs in the room also did not work. The electronic lock on our door would sometimes not latch - staff did not seem surprised or concerned when we reported it.

The walls are paper thin. You can literally hear every word from the room next to you. There is also currently a lot of renovation work going on which starts at 7am in the morning.

Our room at the HiBird was amazing. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The facilities and onside cafe were fabulous 👌

The location was excellent. We had an issue with the initial room but Hector resolved it very quickly and professionally. They took care of everything we needed. The staff was excellent , location is perfect, and the apartments are big and cozy. They have a beach club and provide towels, chairs and umbrellas as well!

The construction site next door ! I guess that's out of your control but it did have an impact, especially on our patio and the roof top pool area. We also had workman outside our room , upgrading the pool area at the rear of the building. They started work at 7am , which was not good. I really think that we should have been notified of this happening. Ironically it looked as they were finishing off the day we left.

The room size was good and the beds comfortable. The patio area and hot tub were great, however we did not use it as much as we would have liked (see below) Front desk staff Hector did all he could to get us checked in asap and did his best to try and resolve issues. We only had breakfast once and we really enjoyed it. It was served with a smile by Vianca ( hope that spelling is correct) Food was tasty and reasonably priced.

Our first room was rather smelly and damp and changed to a much better room that was so much better. Noisy building site adjacent. Very noisy between rooms through the connecting doors. Therefore you can ignore what it says about sound proofing. Bed was very soft and a bit annoying as all the sheets come untucked very easily. Rugs around bed hold dirt and weren’t cleaned properly.

Wonderful staff from start to finish. Went above and beyond to help. Great ‘Pure’ healthy restaurant/cafe on the ground floor. Gym was ok and pool area was ok.

Not sure if it’s the pipes or the condensation but one of the rooms kept getting water on the floor. It went even down to the carpet in the living room sometimes.

It’s in an excellent area! The beach is like 2-5 mins away walking & they provide towels, chairs , and umbrellas which is convenient! The staff was so attentive, they allowed me to check in early since the room was ready and also allowed me to keep my luggage there when my flight was late. They came up to my room as many times as needed to bring towels, help fix the issue with the water leaking down the floor, & also gave us recommendations on where to go! There was someone there 24/7 & you can only go into the elevator with a room key and into the hotel with a room key after a certain time. It made me and my girls feel very secure. I’d 100% stay here again!

The penthouse was good but the balcony could have been better. I would suggest to add an umbrella to be able to use more the space and the hot tub. Glasses and silverware in the room was not very clean.

There was construction going on all around us. They started making noise very early, so we couldn't sleep late (like you want to on vacation). The parking area was extremely tight & difficult to navigate. Also, the HVAC unit in one of the bedrooms seemed to struggle to cool the room.

We were happy with the apartment. It was bright & airy with a surprising view of the ocean. (We expected to just see the buildings between us & the beach. It was also very clean & provided adequate kitchen accoutrements.

I think some of the renovation work was not to the best quality. The bedroom door stuck so we got stuck in the room a couple of times if we closed the door. Overall it was great though

The service was amazing! Hector was the best! Anything we needed, he was there. He went above and beyond with every interaction. It was also great having complimentary access to the beach!
