It is a very classic hotel, I feel they could have better renovated parts of the rooms.

Staff was lovely! Yadiel by the pool so sweet, he made us feel at home! We had a blast and ate and drank well :) Overall service was impressive.

Hotel claimed only 1 day was booked and paid for. Had to pay them directly for the additional 2days at a much higher cost. Very disappointed considering this was a 5 star hotel. The same thing happened to my friend, so a suspicious coincidence.

Booking was very easy.. Beware of shady hotel practices at this hotel.

The service I received was far below the standard for the price I paid. For example, I was stopped and asked to show my room key when walking to the pool, and on the day I checked out, they even checked my luggage tag. I noticed they didn’t do this to other guests. I can only say that this hotel is not friendly toward Asian guests, which is both disappointing and unacceptable.

The hotel is spacious, with large, comfortable rooms and multiple big swimming pools. There’s also an outdoor bar, and it’s conveniently located very close to the beach, making it a great spot for relaxation.

Breakfast is not good at all. Our room was not very clean, the carpets were all wet. Valet and carpark was expensive. Early checkin was problematic. We paid for an early checkin weeks before and got the confirmation rmail. But when we arrive, lobby staff mentioned they cannot guarantee this even though we have the confirmation email. In general staff at lobby are rude, but the beach staff is super nice.

The room wasn't cleaned well. It's like the housekeeper cleaned what was visible. We found out too late to change rooms.

The location was awesome. Many places to get cultural dishes. And I loved the nightlife. The lobby decor was beautiful.

The rooms aren’t like what they seem in the picture pools were dirty the beach wasn’t as the pictures showed it was to expensive for what it looked like in person I didn’t mind paying the price but when I got there I was disappointed with how everything really looked

The AC went out in our wing of rooms during 1 night of our stay. It was inconvenient and too uncomfortable and hot to sleep in, but we were credited for the night so that was nice.

Frances at the front desk was great! She was very helpful and just a very sweet lady. Thank you so much for making our stay enjoyable! Medina was also very helpful and sweet. The nightly entertainment at the hotel was fantastic!

Housekeeping didn’t really clean our room properly until I asked reception about it. We didn’t have shampoo or body wash our entire stay until I brought it to their attention. But once brought to their attention they fixed it right away

The pools were nice and so was the beach! The lobby and casino get busy at night but it’s good for meeting new people!

The price gouging of the restaurants on site is horrible. It's not worth the money. After day one, we didn't eat onsite. We had drinks at the Chandelier bar on day one. The drinks were pricey. $40 for two drinks plus a tip. We had breakfast at CANA. Just my husband and I. We had the buffet $87 plus tip. We had lunch at the Pizzaria $75. I had chicken parm and water. My husband had shrimp linguine (5) shrimp and mostly linguine. An order of bread. DON'T EAT AT THE RESTAURANTS ONSITE!! It's not a 4-star establishment. It's overrated. Our view was of a roof with dirty pipes. The room temperature was freezing. You had 2 settings: either freeze or turn off the thermostat. Our hot water wasn't working. We called maintenance. The gentleman was very professional. He apologized profusely. No wristband when you check in. People from other hotels can come and enjoy the facility. You can't tell who is who. I noticed people from other hotels stealing the towels from Fairmount and using the beach equipment i.e. chairs, umbrellas, tables. He said the mechanism in our shower was broken. He showed us a little trick so that we could have hot water. We had to play with the shower handle and not turn it past a certain point to get somewhat hot water. We couldn't turn it to the hot setting all the way because the mechanism was broken. The water temperature was tepid. We couldn't switch rooms. They were full.

The location was great. You're not far from the airport, malls, and places to eat outside the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The nightly live entertainment was great. The pools looked to be clean. I counted 3 or 4 pools. They provide you with towels and sunblock. They provide water for drinking at the counter, where you pick up your towels. There are water stations to refill your water bottle. They give you a water bottle when you check-in. The facility is beautiful and charming. There are chandeliers everywhere. It's dimly lit always. There are rinsing stations to rinse the sand off when you come off the beach.

Some aspects of the facilities seemed worn down and out of date such as concrete walkways outside and furniture in the room.

Everything just seemed overpriced for the value. I wasn’t blown away for the amount of money I spent on a 3 night stay and I nothing was included (food, drinks, etc) in the price. I guess you pay for the beach access and the pools.

The property was beautiful and had many options for dining and entertainment.
