The air conditioner in room kept shutting off i ordered food in room they missed instructions like my salad and ranch dressing. No place to smoke no signs to know what and where

This isn't too much an issue but the rooms are SUPER COLD. The A/C is on the highest setting with no way to raise the temperature. This is great for bedtime but an issue if it's daytime and you just got back from the water park, beach or pools. You'll freeze. It would be nice if they allowed you to control it and then have it reset at the time of checkout. I understand why they lock these down but it's an inconvenience

The breakfast was excellent. Good options to choose from both from à la carte or from the menu. Items range from fruits, nuts, yogurt, eggs, cereal, natural juices, pancakes, French toast and other proteins such as bacon, sausages or omelettes.

Food wasn’t the best. Expecting more puertorican food options in the resort and in Palomino island as well. Restroom in the room wasn’t super clean when we arrived.

the restaurants close early and will not accommodate without a reservation for dinners..., the stores and the biggest downer is the slides close down way too early at 5:45pm

We arrived early and the front desk accommodated us by keeping our luggage and allowing us to use the property while our room was prepared. However, our room was not ready by 4pm. Considering we had checked in hours before this was a bit aggravating.

The hotel and grounds were beautiful. The staff was organized and friendly enough.

The only thing that I didn’t love was the food. There were many options but none of the ones I tried was very good. Def gave mid resort food which was a shame. We had the kids so didn’t want to go off the resort. Just wish the options were better. And honestly for the price I was breakfast at least was included. Regardless, I would stay again.

The resort is absolutely gorgeous. Came for a family vacation and my family had a great time. There was something for everyone to do. The rooms were clean and cozy. They had entertainment downstairs every night. Loved the private island/beach.

Short of staff. Very slow service everywhere (reception, restaurant, etc). Staff is either new or lacks training, in several occasions they didn’t know how to answer simple questions and needed to go find out from others. At arrival check in person in front desk was dry and unhelpful. Others are very nice! Just lack knowledge/training.

Spacious rooms and bathroom. Beautiful views of the ocean and nearby islands. Good options for restaurants. Great swimming pools, and pool bar. Comfortable beds and pillows. Well located. Very nice spa.
