it looked just like the pictures. it was nice, clean and had everything we needed. the location was great too-it was within walking distance to a lot of restaurants, bars and convenience stores.

There was a water outage for a few hours, which was a bit annoying, though it’s not totally uncommon for the area. We were offered showers at the nearby main hotel. The A/C in one of the rooms had some issues too, but it wasn’t a huge deal in the end.

The apartment has a cool, thoughtful design that feels really well put together. It’s in a great spot, super close to Calle Loiza for food and shopping, and just a short walk to Ocean Park beach. The area has a nice, residential vibe—lots of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby, but without the crazy tourist crowd you'd find in places like Condado.

The water didn’t taste so good even though they provided a brita pitcher but it’s clean.

Love the interior design and layout. Great location with lots of restaurants/bars nearby but peaceful. Walking distance to the beach. Not far from the airport and downtown.

DW apparently has a policy to decline your card if you book too close to your stay. It's not your card, it's that they want you to call them so they can run it with you on the phone and get a copy of your ID and the card. The process felt suspect and was a bit of a hassle, but we were so pleased with the apartment it doesn't really matter.

The beds were very comfortable, the AC worked perfectly and the kitchenette with full sized fridge was great to have. The space is beautifully designed and very clean. It was super nice to have the Dreamcatcher location nearby to store luggage and to pick up fresh beach towels each morning. They had chairs/ umberellas to rent if needed. It was lovely to receive a guide to the area with options to book activities and a message portal to contact the property. Can’t fault the service or the apartment. We would love to return!

There could have been a few extra blankets. We did have a noisy neighbor next door but that was not the fault of the apartment.

It is a beautiful apartment with an industrial chic vibe with a lovely lush green garden off the patio of Unit 2. Loved the garden with the seating area

Unfortunately there’s only one bathroom and if you’re in a group it might be a bit tight.

All in all the apartment is amazing and looks exactly like the pictures. It has an amazing vibe and the staff is super nice and friendly!

Would love to have been even closer to the beach but it was very walkable. Also it would be great if cleaning fees were simply included in the rental price so the true cost were more upfront.

So boho chic! Secure, private building and apartment, walking distance to the beach, magical outdoor living area with tasty mangoes that dropped onto the patio each day!
