1) The bathroom is *very* dated, but that's fine given the price. 2) My room faced the back of the building so it had a window. At first, I didn't realize there was a balcony outside the window. Fortunately I had some underwear on when I opened the shade and there was a family walking past! 3) The bar across the street plays the same thumpy music for much of the night. I was fine with that since I was in the back, but it would have been a problem if I were in the front.

1) Because I waited until the last minute to book it and it happened to be Spring Break for the USA, it was the only available option (and even then I could only get the room for one night) but it was affordable enough. 2) There is no lift, but the night desk was nice enough to carry my bag up to the top level for me. 3) It is not luxurious, but the bed, bathroom, and wifi worked well enough for me. 4) The location is on the edge of a residential neighborhood near the University of PR, but it's also close to Paseo de Diego, a pedestrian street full of street art in a neighborhood full of even more street art. (If you want to be close to beaches or Old San Juan, this isn't the place for you.)

The shower was at best luke warm which meant my husband skipped washing his hair. The steps to get to our room on the 3rd floor were narrow making them hard to negotiate with luggage.

The staff was very responsive. It was clean and safe. It was eco-friendly.

Parking was not available. Sheets and blankets looked old and worn. Halls smelled musty. Thin walls. We stayed there about 6 hours waiting for a flights and that was enough. It was night time so I can't speak to the neighborhood. Parking is in the church lot and the lot was full until past midnight so we had to find street parking late at night. We had low expectations so it was fine.

Easy to find. Close to the airport. Ok size room equiped with a kitchen. Cold AC. Staff was efficient with check in. Bathroom was clean. Building felt secure. It was affordable for the night we needed it for. Good for the price (in Puerto Rico. Had we paid this much in the states I would have been disappointed).

This is the 21st century, there is a need to have things tracked electronically. Noise including alarm and folk playing music out loud during sleeping hours.

Location was a stone throw away, by car, from my destination over several days. Mattress was firm and comfortable. Roomi s the concept of minimalism, no percs, no change of sheets every day, no daily towel, but, just like home, I dont do that every day, so I was quiet ok with that. If you need a fresh towel, they would provide one. Staff is friendly. I went there to shower, privacy, and sleep: check, check and check.

They charged me extra for the room and the staff couldn't explain why. They have a book with all the room prices and I got charged extra. The A/C unit was on but not cooling and they didn't change my room.

The woman at the front desk charged me a second time to my credit card without warning because she made a mistake. I believe that the customer should be informed before making a Second Charge.

There was no soap in the bathroom, the towels were stained, the room smelled like mold, there was female hair all over the place the room wasn't cleaned well. Very old amenities.

Some of the appliances didn’t work well. Also the rooms had an intense damp/humidity odor. We also noticed spots that could be mold. They have to work on that. Our room didn’t have towels.

Parking was a little hard to find

Easy to access room, friendly staff, clean room and decent if you need a place to stay for the night for cheap. Not a 5 star but not a nasty motel. A simple room and that’s it.

Bedroom windows couldn't close so we heard street traffic all night. TV was teeny tiny. Hot water in the sink wasn't connected.

Location is a little iffy but it was secure with locked gates and codes to get in its right down road from University of Puerto Rico.

they don’t offer solid soap and small shampoo and small conditioner containers. i asked the front desk. they only have the liquid soap to use as body wash and hair. they don’t have hair dryer also.

clean, neat, they have A/C, cable TV, microwave, location near to the purpose of our trip, free parking on the street and right across the church and in front of the hotel. 24/7 front desk availability. what you see in the picture is what you will see in real life.

I’ve never experienced anything like this. This property seems to run on autopilot—most of the time, no one is even at the front desk to assist guests. I had to request multiple times just to have my room cleaned, and despite staying for an entire week, housekeeping only came once. That’s completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the bathroom was leaking water from an unknown source, and when I asked for my receipt on Friday, I was told the person in charge wasn’t available. Overall, this was a disappointing experience—and I travel frequently, so I know what to expect from a properly managed hotel. This one did not meet even the basic standards.

Location: it is close to the university as I was attending a conference.
