The location is great; near beaches and 10mins away from the town of Rincón. Everything clean, comfortable bed, hot water, etc. Breakfast was deliciouse!!! John, an amiable, helpful and courteous host. I highly recomended this place if your looking for a peaceful , clean and a great location. Above all, great service.

The owner was amazing! His communication was outstanding. He helped me move my things to and from my room, served a delicious breakfast, was warm and attentive and the space was impecable. I used my time there to guide my own personal retreat and it was perfect.

Casual, comfortable bed and breakfast with super nice host. Not fancy but perfect for relaxing with family. My 11 year old and I enjoyed hanging out and playing at the pool after spending time at the beach. I was super impressed by their ADA compliance. While Rincon seems like it would be difficult to get around for manual wheelchair user, this lodging should get high rating for their set up - one room with no barrier shower, shower chair and wide doorways plus automatic electric doors ito public space

John and his son Dylan were so accommodating and helpful! There wasn’t an Ice machine but I just had to ask and they provided me with a bucket of ice! They also had beach chairs and umbrellas and even coolers available to use! Loved their breakfast as well! Also gave great restaurant recommendations!

There is an uphill climb back from sandy beach. It didn’t bother us at all. We drove everywhere and it worked out well.

clean,quiet. loved the pool area. The room was pleasant with a view of the ocean from Breakfast was good but not fancy. John was delightful and helpful. There were beach chairs to use. Loved snorkeling at steps beach and going to art walk on Thursday evening. It was nice to have fruit available in the afternoon.

Our Host, John, was sensitive and available. Fresh local fruit at breakfast was nice. Property is attractive. We liked the steep grade of the walk from property to main street in the hamlet, not everyone will, and we liked the restaurants near the water and nearby. Room, bed were comfortable, AC was welcome. Proximity to Rincón.

Everything was great, location, the house, the room, and especially, our host John was really nice, attentive, and kind. We loved it! It's also like 5 or 6 minutes away from the Lighthouse. We'll certainly stay here next time we're on the west side of Puerto Rico 🇵🇷.

We were greeted by John and immediately gave us a room upgrade.Really nice room,with a balcony with a great view, spacious and clean. Bathroom was spacious as well and clean. We also enjoyed the breadfest. John was a great host and in the future when we visit Rincon again, this is the place we would like to book again.

The room was very cozy, everything was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. John and his family were always attentive to make sure everything was fine and we didn't lack anything. The breakfast was 10/10. The pool area was very clean, and it was a very nice place to relax. Well located, close to restaurants and the beach. It was a very good experience.

Everything was perfect

Everything was perfect since the moment we arrived to the property. Easy access and near the town, restaurants, bars and beaches. John the owner and his son Dylan were very king and attentive all the time. The property is magic; the green areas, the pool the breakfast just wonderfull. We will definitely return.

The rooms were spacious and well appointed and the location was central enough to be close to most things but also not in the thick of it. Walking to the beach was easy.Breakfast was a mix of fresh fruit, pastries, boiled eggs and fresh fruit. It was plentiful and John was wonderful with adjusting breakfast timing. He was a great conversationalist and had a ton of ideas of places to try. Overall, the bed and breakfast was beautiful, close and John was a fantastic host

Nice apartment spotlessly clean a few minutes up the road from the beach. The breakfast was good. But the best thing about staying here is the Owner John--what a great guy!

We were lucky to get a room at such a short notice, so we didn’t get a room with a balcony.

Breakfast was plentiful with eggs, pastries, fresh fruits,and unlimited coffee.the guests mingled with each other and gave each other tips on where to go in Rincon.John was usually around to see to our needs.
