The unit is a little run down and rough around the edges - but still serviceable. Too cold. The A/C unit is on constantly and the women were on the balcony much of the time to warm up. Hard to get back to the towers from the beach to the east, especially after they close the beach-access gate at 7pm.

The unit is bigger than expected and has a nice kitchen area, plenty of living space and large bathroom. Has a mini-fridge with freezer, toaster, microwave (small), and hot plate for cooking (one side broken). Clothes dried well on the balcony. Easy access to and from the airport via the #5 bus. Also easy trip into Old San Juan via bus transportation. If you just plan to enjoy the beach areas, restaurants, and Old San Juan, you won't need a car at all. We rented a car to visit other areas, including El Yunque and Ponce. Took public transportation to rental car near airport, but there are also a few rental companies within walking distance of the unit - but those rental car companies didn't have what we needed. Easy parking in the garage underneath the towers. Very easy beach access to private beach with guard at the gate and shower to wash off the sand. You can rent wave runners and gear at the beach; also parasailing opportunities. Easy walking distance to groceries (Pueblo) and restaurants. 14th floor with nice ocean view to the east.

Location was great, private beach, resturants nearby, and near airport. Place was very clean and nice size room. The owners left some treats, which was very nice.

need update some furniture, make tea or coffee not easy ("expresso machine for 1 cup is not a best choice) i prefer kettle or cheap coffee maker.

Apartment is a little outdated. Need in make-up in the near future to keep the value. But like I said earlier.... Everything else was clean and in working condition.

The only recommendation would be to replace the mattress for the sofa bed as the springs are making it a bit uncomfortable to sleep in.

The costumer service provided by the host was exceptional; in writing and in person (pre and post arrival). He met us in person to ensure we toured the facilities, parking area, beach access, etc.

The views were spectacular .Loved the easy access to the private beach. Wilfredo the host went above and beyond to make sure our stay went well. The location was excellent 5 min from the airport.

The pool was under construction, the bar never appeared to be open and every time we returned from sightseeing, there was always a car parked in our reserved parking space and no guest parking available. The main desk was helpful in getting our reserved parking space back. Also the hot water in the shower was extremely difficult to regulate.
