Nothing. I would recommend to anybody going to Puerto Rico and staying in the San Juan Metro area.

The place was exceptionally clean. There were also nice details included like both an iron and a steamer. The inclusion of feminine products if needed was so thoughtful.

Some ants crawling around but it's not bothering if you don't leave the food in the kitchen.

They provide beach towels, cooler, also the luggage stand which is not many Airbnb has it. The owner is very concerned about the travelers need. This property is deserved good reviews.

I honestly enjoyed everything about the property. If I had any recommendations it would be to turn the AC on before guest arrival. I do however understand keeping cost down by having guest turning it on, once they arrive it just took a minute to cool entire house.

The price was great! Its located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to a store, there is a camera on property for added security ..The house had everything you might need ,toiletries, personals, jugs of water, pots, pans, cleaning supplies. She provided A beach bag with all the amenities

the ac wasn't working correctly. We turned on the fan and it was too noisy. To arrive, we had to look for the apartment due to the maps link provided wasn't the same exact address, but after all we could found it with the pictures provided for the check in.

Our stay was great in this apartment, my mother, my grandmother and I felt very well... Everything was clean, organized, and cozy. The decoration was a plus. IT'S located in a safe and central neighborhood. The host, Natalia, helped us at all times. She always answered messages on time and with a nice attitude. She also gave us a guide to the most iconic places in PR. I needed a notary, and by the changes, she is notary. Don't hesitate to contact her if you need one. I won’t take any credit from the property for this, because it was great, but I would suggest the owner to have a few extra towels, bed sheets, blankets and pillows. They don’t cost much and they go a long way. i am speaking as an AirBandB owner. specially with n beach town. beach towels are a must.

There was nothing we didn't like/enjoy about Natalia's place. It was bigger than we expected and It was a great price for our stay there.

Natalia was a great host! She was checking in all times and she was always very helpful with all questions we had as well with recommendations and tips for first time travelers. We felt super safe and her place is so cozy and cute! We recommend this place 100% :) <3

My first impression as we pulled into Calle Clemson was a little nerve wracking. The neighborhood appears a little sketchy but was actually safe. Some houses are well kept and others not. The Bee Inn is located almost at the end of the street and exactly as pictured on the photos online. Guests will need to travel via Uber or rent a car to go anywhere. The only thing within a reasonable walking distance is a Walgreens. May want to consider for future guest putting together a guide with information about the area since it is not in a tourist area. Helpful information could include a list of good restaurants, shopping malls and even information on the bus routes. Could also include the information Natalia shared about the festival and the travel option via The Hiram Bithorn stadium. This was super helpful information. If you plan to go to Sanse next year every night, stay here ! The convenience was unmatchable. One thing to be aware of is that you may find it difficult to sleep because of the multiple barking dogs that are left out by various neighbors at all hours of the night. There is plenty of space for 4 people. There is a twin bed when you first walk in that appears to be just a studio then another bedroom with a queen and twin. The bathroom could use a NEW shower head. The water pressure was that of a garden hose. They also need to provide a NEW iron. Two articles of clothing had to be thrown out because of the crust already on the iron causing two huge holes. The cost of our stay was pretty inexpensive so it made up for a decent experience overall.

The communication from the host was excellent. Prompt responses and very helpful.

The unit has a horrible infestation , the bugs got into our traveling suitcases & hitched a ride 2500 miles back home even after followed precautions . My one year old threw up due to the powerful chemicals I had to use to kill the army of insects throughout the unit such as in the bedroom inside the dressers , on the bathroom sink , in the bathroom crawling up the walls, throughout the kitchen , crawling on the counters and dining table . ( I sprayed a lot of bleach as the bugs kept reappearing ) - we were only given a set of four towels to use the Entire six days ( no laundry on site ) and one light weight blanket adjusted for the one queen bed . - . No additional blankets or sheets on site . - noted any additional blankets will be a fee $$ . we all shared the queen size blanket which was not usual although I had to make it work . This was the worst location I have ever slept & also the most humiliating. It’s best to stay at resorts when coming to PR as you’ll be accommodated & the resort will be held accountable for any mishaps and inconvenience. The Airbnb situations are risky as you never know what you’ll get or run into while renting a space . The reviews and photos look amazing until you arrive and stay for a few days and then you start to realize the homeowner major issues which is usually out of norm for most . Good luck to anyone thinking of making this your home away from home . - I am shameful to even speak on it

I liked the previous reviews , the reviews stated the unit was clean and comfortable which was beyond factual . The unit has a roach and red ant infestation. Upon arrival the strong scent of fabuloso and plug in air fresheners greeted us , inspiring a clean unit. The unit is semi stocked with random essentials and seasonings for a gas stove which does not work without dangerously using a lighter to ignite the flame. I booked the unit in hopes to have a more home like experience for my family although the entirety was a nightmare . I experienced more than a handful of unknown insects crawling in my diaper bag , our suitcase , makeup bag and even my purse during our stay . We booked for 6 days , my family of 3 had to stay the whole duration as relocating is out of our budget and booking.com was unable to pay the relocation cost for the remainder of our vacation . It was a nightmare staying at this location although we stayed out of the unit as much as we could & only came to sleep after a restless journey and shame over us as we entered the unit to unwind .

Thousands of ants in the kitchen it's a realy problem; the window of the bedroom asn't glasses so we sleep in a very noisy room due to a old AC near. In the last day the host send a list of penalties for several maters ( This must be done in the conditions in the moment of booking) never in your last day?

Neighborhood looked sketchy upon arrival, and do not plan to sleep in, noisy every morning we were there. Very noisy at night also. Dogs barking ALL night.
