The hallways had a bad musty rug smell that smell like urine. The rugs need to be change .

Checked in late (midnight) and there were no bellman to assist with luggage. Last morning room service did not appear. Called room service number and got a recording. Called guest services and they said they would check. 15 mins later hearing nothing tried calling guest services and phone never picked up. Went down to speak with GS rep and was told the kitchen staff was looking into the issue - but was a bit dismissive about the problem. Hour later breakfast showed up - which was good but by then we were so riled up it didn't sit well.

Pool area is tremendous and future renovations will only add to its great infrastructure. However, being off the beach you can get hot due to lack of air flow resulting from brush, trees and privacy walls. Beach is terrific. Have to get up early to claim a front row lounger on the beach though. Revitalized bar is beautiful and staff VERY welcoming and accommodating. Special shoutout to Gabriel (works weekends).

Rooms could smell a little better

The location, breakfast and staff were all great. It was a great experience. My last night I had a lazy house cleaner that barely cleaned and stocked tissue or towels but someone else came right up and fixed it. Favorite part was the 24 hour pool and memories. Thank you.

No cash payments for food. Either charge it to the room or use a card. Also, breakfast isn't included. They do provide a buffet for $27 pp. It's a bit pricey. The thermostat on the wall didn't work with the AC. You had to adjust the thermostat in the unit. The noise from the airport was generally okay, but we are used to it since we live right by an airport.

They provided beach chairs and an umbrella to guests. You could also go to the pool, which was a nice setup. Towels and bug spray provided. I was also very appreciative that they allowed us to check in early, and I'm glad they had a washer/dryer to use since we just arrived from a 7-day cruise.

Loved the property itself but had an issue with how the beach chairs/umbrellas were collected while people especially senior citizens are collected at 5:30 pm (umbrellas) and 6:00 pm (chairs). It's officially Summer and people are paying their hard earned money to stay at this resort and that's unacceptable!

Everything but the beach area/equipment and the mattresses can be more comfortable. The staff was extremely nice accept in the casino. Free wifi for work which was great!!

That we were booked at first in a room that was right below a room that the hotel was starting renovation on that Monday.

The view from our room was great. On day 3 there was a small hiccup since the hotel is going through renovation, but the front desk clerk moved us to a better room for the inconvenience. 24 hours pool and hot tub were great.

Very noisy during my stay, literally every morning about 8 they would bang hammers, drill into walls, yell numbers into intercoms that’s inside my room awaking us 🫣so if we wanted to sleep 😴 in on our anniversary trip we couldn’t so we would just get on up🙆🏽‍♀️🙆🏿‍♂️ & get our day started. 😔🤦🏿‍♂️

The food on the resort wasn’t the best. But we made the best of it…..

The resort was beautiful although it was under some construction. It was still very nice and accommodating.

When we arrived (our second visit) it was obvious the hotel was understaffed. We waited very long times for drinks, food- just being recognized. The outside bar and lounge area was frequently dirty from guests who had sat before and left uncleared/cleaned. Wait staff in outside bar area seemed cranky. We felt bad for them, but then we were spending $400 a night to stay for 10 days. There was no visible sign of management. IT was only the attention of a few alert staff members who made the visit special. It was very different from our stay last year.

The proximity to the beach is the best quality of this property. The layout of the lobby with the restrooms, cafe, bar, dining room and how they connect to the pool and beach. your staff is the best.

I DID not like that i needed my credit card for everything or charged to my room. VERY INCONVENIENT the beds were horrible i had to sleep 5 days on a bed that felt like cardboard and had a weird smell

We didn't get directions about using the elevator or the location of pool towels.

Location is perfect. We loved the ability to walk right onto the beach. The majority of the staff was friendly.

The room assigned was spacious but the hallway leading to it smelled musty and the ice maker machine was difficult to access. Food at the breakfast buffet was disappointing in quality: omelet dry, fresh fruit was spoiled.

I hadn’t been there in years and was pleasantly surprised to see the lobby was updated with neutral inviting colors. The Colao Cafe area was very nice.

We enjoyed our stay. The restaurant was very good and everyone was helpful and pleasant. The beach is beautiful.

The beds could use a mattress pad or pillow top. Lots of weddings going on - we didn’t mind the music but some people might. It was quiet most nights by 10 or 11pm.

Great location. Nice pools, fabulous beach, lots of friendly staff all over to help with beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, food and beverages.

The weddings were very beautiful but being in room 408 I felt like I was uninvited non guest. The music was way to LOUD in my room. We should have been given a room on the other side of hotel.

Fernando at the pool with the towels was everything. Loved the beach service. Chairs and umbrellas were set up whenever you arrived at the beach. No need to secure early morning. Bar staff worked very hard and would benefit with bar back support.

Rooms on the east side get full airport takeoff noise starting at 330am..as well as much of the mechanical noise from the 2nd floor deck. TV was old and needed replacement-but we weren't in the room a lot.

The wait for food at Sirena was painful. I waited over an hour for a cheese quesadilla and when I spoke to the front desk they agreed that it took too long and said nothing more. Needless to say we didn’t eat there again.

The location of the property was perfect. We enjoyed that it was beach front which allowed us time in the morning to enjoyed the ocean before heading out for the afternoon.
