Very simple accommodations. Nothing bad, nothing great. Bring your earplugs! The island roosters are very noisy at any and all hours of the night, not just sunrise!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Although the room was dated, I slept very well on the bed. A/C was strong.

Maria, the owner, is a sweet heart and very communicative. She made our coffee every morning and allowed us to store our languages after checking out until our ferry trip.

Very difficult to find. We were completely lost. It took us about 2 hours to find the place. It's very very hidden, there were no real directions provided, no signs, no one recognized the name of the place and couldn't give us directions to find this place. We stopped and asked someone who was watching TV in their home and she was familiar with the place. She was kind enough to get in the vehicle with us and showed us how to get there and exactly where this place was located. On top of everything they tried to charge me for a booking error committed by Priceline.

We decided to stay an extra day because we couldn't find the place and checked in late. We requested an extra night and they were very accommodating.

It lacks a rubber on the door so it doesn't sound when you close it. Other guests close the doors hard.

Not really reason to give less rating but what I didn't like very much was that at night the lights from the hallway outside were on and because thw is a glass window on top of the door the light goes inside thw room. I'm a light sleeper and I need the whole room dark to be able to sleep so that was hard to overlook but no ones fault really, nobody else in my group had trouble sleeping.

Rooms were just like the picture. Clean and confortable beds. There was hot water, bathroom was clean too and had towels, shampoo and soap for your convenience. Inside the room there is a mini fridge and outside in the common areas there is a coffee maker and microwave which we were able to use. The host was kind enough to give is coffee to brew since the market was closed and even lent us beach towels cause we forgot ours. Overall we loved the place. It was a small, quite and nice hotel close to everything.

unfortunately there were bedbugs. The rooms were ok but the larger property was a mess. There was a beeping smoke alarm & nobody to fix it or remove it.

Review forums are not what they used to be. They used to be a place where you got good honest feedback from previous guests to help you make an informed decision as to where to stay and spend your hard earned money on your vacation. That is what I intend to do. I arrived about 6:30 PM. A lot of materials ,old appliances and other clutter around the front of the building. Ok…so far …I’m apprehensive. I entered a gated courtyard and knocked on the back door to the kitchen. No response. I called the hotel and spoke to a woman. I identified myself;said I had a reservation and I had arrived. She asked me what room I booked and after traveling all day to get there ..I said I didn’t remember. She told me my reservation was for Room 2. “How do I get to my room? Where’s the key? “ She directed me over the phone and said the key was under the mat. I don’t know who SHE was …and she didn’t introduce herself or come out of the house to talk to me. Decor was outdated but clean. I’m starting to feel a little better. Then I found the dead 2 inch cockroach floating in the toilet. I’m glad it was dead and made sure to put on the lights before entering the room. The first night/very early AM ..like 5 AM it sounded like the animal farm was right outside my window and it was slaughter the animals day-chickens geese donkeys…dogs barking. The second night .. just an occasional cluck🐓😀. The next day I met the woman she introduced herself, offered me some water. See if I needed anything. She was very nice when we finally met. I wasn’t expecting perfection.

Maria was super nice!!! The room was exceptionally clean. The location was perfect, close to good beaches, walking distance to market and utv rentals, I recommend Culebra UTV. It was nice to be out of the ferry neighborhood. Best take out food was Treasure Bay. Thank you Maria.

secluded, quiet, convenient, clean.

very clean! dated but everything was in great shape and CLEAN. easy check-in process. the parking was great for the golf car we rented to get around the island. great water pressure. cold A/C.
