GREAT location in Condado. We walked everywhere. The beach was a 5-7 minute walk. I liked that it had an outdoor patio, balcony lounge, and pool since you can’t swim in Condado Beach.

We had a power outage which made for a bit hot night with no AC. But it added to the adventure Puerto Rico is still recovering its infrastructure so this was not an uncommon event. They had a generator but It didn't go on until mid day.

The breakfast had good offerings: toast, bagels, fruit, power bars and coffee/ juice .We also found many cafes and restaurants around the corner.

Our bed was very small. The hanging power surge next to the bad was strange to say the least. The pool was cute but dirty.

The location of this property is very desirable. It’s close to a lot of great restaurants, amenities and the beach. The room was generally clean, and the WiFi worked reliably. The common patio seating area was comfortable and somewhat private. The pool, while modestly sized was clean and comfortable. The complimentary “breakfast” was pretty basic, but it was better than nothing. The only legitimate issue we had, which was not addressed was no hot water in the shower. I reported it to the staff and was told to let it run for a longer period of time. This did not help and over the course of our two night stay there was no hot or even warm water in the shower. We were in room 11.

we had two rooms booked in very different locations, one of the rooms was facing the street side front of the building and it was very loud until about 3am with cars and people using the stairs. and then it was loud again when song construction started nearby at around 7am. the other room near the back of the building was quiet.

good proximity to a selection of restaurants, a convenience store and the beautiful beach! The breakfast was quaint (fruit and toast, coffee and tea) but better than nothing. the courtyard area feels like a typical paradise, something about it was just so comforting.

Room needs table top space. Coffee maker should be available in kitchen area at least (kcup system even for a small fee). Pool table (billiard) needs maintenance/repair.

I don't recall asking for a quiet room & did not get it. There is construction going on in the neighborhood which is a popular tourist area. What I liked was, my husband is an insulin-dependent diabetic & must keep his insulin cold. I thought our room was going to have a refrigerator, but the staff said it did not. They were kind enough to bring us a small fridge & the problem was solved. There is only coffee & toast in the a.m., no real breakfast, so we went out for all our meals. Coral Princess has a very nice swimming pool only 4 feet deep, & a piano for the guests to play. Unfortunately it is badly out of tune ... we did enjoy our stay at the Coral Princess & hope to return.

Our room was literally next to the pool, and across from a reading room which also had a piano, so anyone chatting by the pool (especially after some drinks) or deciding to play the piano at night was not good. It was SO loud, we could hear every conversation. Room 6 I believe. Also, we didn't particularly like the area but that was our personal choice. We stayed here because it was the best value for money in the area.

Just did a quick stay here before a cruise. Nice surprise that they offered a little breakfast of coffee / toast / bagels / fruit in a charming courtyard. Good budget friendly option for the area.

My mother didn't like that the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff were inconsistent. While the evening staff were more welcoming and helpful, the day staff did not seem as accommodating. As a person with disability, my mother found it disheartening that the main desk staff would see me struggling with her luggage (she walks with a cane and have difficulty balancing) but did not offer to help. Additionally, the main entrance door is extremely heavy, making it almost impossible for someone older or with limited mobility to open without assistance. On one occasion, she had to wait for me (her daughter) to return from parking the car to help me get inside, even though staff were present and could see her struggling. Other inconveniences included the TV setup, which was unnecessarily complicated, with a slow cable signal and no clear instructions on how to operate it. She had to ask staff for help multiple times, and I feel a simple set of written instructions left in the room would make this much easier for guests. Additionally, the bathroom door did not close properly, which was concerning as she was staying alone. She chose to shower with the door open out of fear that she might not be able to open it again if it jammed. While the hotel has potential, it is not well-suited for older guests or individuals with disabilities. Better staff training and more thoughtful accessibility features would go a long way in improving the guest experience.

My mother recently stayed at the Coral Princess Hotel in Condado, Puerto Rico, and had a very pleasant experience.
