The stairs going down to the beach are falling apart.

We had a really nice stay here. The house is really clean and comfortable. The pool is nice. Would stay here again, no question. Short drive away from a nice restaurant. Very quiet.

Our stay here was nothing short of perfect! The easy instructions and excellent communication with the host set the tone from the start. This spot is so peaceful, clean, and incredibly well-equipped with everything you could need for the beach and personal comfort. The washer and dryer were a massive bonus – a true lifesaver! We adored the pristine and tranquil pool area and surroundings. The quiet neighborhood with accessible breakfast options was ideal. I'll truly miss my morning coffee at the pool gazebo, listening to the waves. We can't wait to come back!

The only thing I would change would be a more secure stairway to the beach. Other than this, everything was perfect!

The property grounds were secure, quiet, clean and well maintained. The villa was in a beautiful, local location of many awesome sites. It had private access to the beach and pool area was nice with clean bathrooms next to pool. There was a spot for sitting undercover next to pool also. The villa had absolutely everything you needed while vacationing. They thought of everything to make you feel at home and comfortable! Just bring your clothes!

We liked everything, the house was very clean and had everything you need, the complex has a pool and access to the beach, the place is perfect, it has everything you need, you can spend some time at the beach and come back to the pool. If you want to relax you can go to the house, watch Netflix and come back to the pool or beach. If you want to cook, it is equipped with everything you need, if you want to wash and dry clothes you can do that too. Honestly, if the idea is to spend a few days between the pool and the beach, the place is perfect.

As the pool is used by all villas and there is no staff on the property, you’re more dependent on others to be mindful. Didn’t enjoy the blasting music other guests were playing at the pool.

Luxurious villas, equipped with everything you could ever need (including beach towels and beach chairs), and amazing airconditioning. Close to lots of restaurants/bars along the water. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Only two minor issues: 1. There was a leak under the cabinet which we had to be constantly mopping. 2. The bathroom didn’t have any handicapped handles (one family member was handicapped). Other than that, we had a great time there.

Everything was good. It had enough space and good A/C. Pool was clean and accessible, location was very relaxing and remote, beach access was a plus.

The cottage is in excellent and is beautiful. All you need to bring is your clothing and food (literally). It has everything you need. Full kitchen, dish soap, washer, dryer, detergent, dryer sheets, towels, beach towels, liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner, high quality bedding and sheets. Highly recommend you stay here. Hosts were very kind. We will stay here again this year.

The villa is very outdated . Beds are extremely uncomfortable as well as the pillows. This made the stay undesirable had to sleep on the sofa which was more comfortable. This place allows pets, do not come here if you have a pet allergy. My partner was sneezing the entire time from left over cat hair in the living room. Very cheap furniture. The shower goes from scolding hot to freezing cold with low water pressure. The pool was undesirable.

Very clean no bugs. Offer beach chairs, towels, beach bag and a cooler. Location is very good. The private beach is walking distance and peaceful . The air conditioning works amazing. Very easy getting in and out of the property.

The local maintenance/supplier was not terribly responsive.

The room, kitchen area & beds were comfortable. The on-site washer and dryer were great to have. The owners were responsive and helpful. The community was nice and the pool was great.
