We loved everything

Casa Sol is a gem of a spot, located conveniently in Old San Juan. Lovely and authentic, delicious breakfasts, and welcoming and helpful hosts. Tisha and Eddie were especially patient and kind with my 2nd grade daughter who is learning Spanish. They even invited us to the local drum circle in La Perla, which Eddie plays in, which was one of the highlights of our trip. I highly recommend this spot and these folks. We'll be back one day!

There is an elementary school across the street, so it can be a bit loud in the morning on weekdays. This has nothing to do with the property, but this is just a tip I wish I had known: driving and finding parking in Old San Juan is a challenge and can be costly, so I recommend not having a vehicle during your stay. Again, that has nothing to do with the property, just a tip for travelers.

The location in Old San Juan was excellent. It's a beautiful and safe neighborhood. Easy walking distance to many historic sites, museums, and restaurants. The service was excellent and the breakfast is lovely every morning. They provide clean water for drinking and space to store your bags after checkout. The nearest beach is about a 30 minute walk or a short cab ride.

Casa Sol was the PERFECT B&B. Trisha and Eddie were perfect hosts. The room was very comfortable, the hand made breakfasts by Eddie were varied and excellent, the location in Old San Juan was convenient to everything we wanted to see. We HIGHLY recommend this wonderful B&B to everyone! And thank you Trisha and Eddie for making our first visit to San Juan memorable. We will be back!

Only a minor thing but we found the pillows to be a bit firm for our taste and the cases were a bit rough, not as soft as we are used to.

Breakfast was delicious and filling. Fabulous french toast! Great location on fairly quiet street only a few blocks from all the restaurants and other sites. Tisha was extremely nice and very helpful. The hotel was old town special: old stately building with central open courtyard, upgraded bathroom.

The room was cozy and cool- the air conditioning was perfect. Breakfast every day was delicious! The location was central to all points of interest and the owners are very warm and welcoming.

The house made the experience magical...very charming. Loved the authentic feel of living in Old San Juan. The host, Tisha & Eddie were most accommodating, attentive to our needs. The breakfast (OMG) 5star meal, delicious, in the quaintest courtyard, loved it so much it was great way to start your day. I appreciated the security access to the house, very high tech. I can't wait to visit Tisha & Eddie again.

I like EVERYTHING, from the location, the setting a Breakfast in the patio is breathtaking Tisha, Eddie , Keyla and last but not least Oreo (the dog) are super hosts , I would definitely recommend this hidden gem to my friends.

Light does come through the windows at night (in the front bedroom anyway), luckily we had eye masks. Just something to consider.

Our host, Tisha, was wonderful. The B&B is in a convenient location with walking to shops and food within minutes. We loved that the property was secure with the locked main gate. Our breakfasts were a huge treat!

Eddie and Tisha are great hosts and are willing to help their guests find the right activities and adventures. Breakfast was amazing each day. The rooms are clean and spacious and even though close to the street are very quiet. The location is within walking distance to many of the sights and tours of Old San Juan.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Casa Sol Bed and Breakfast for five nights during our visit to Old San Juan, Puerto Rico, and I must say it was a truly delightful experience. Eddie and Tisha are exceptional hosts who go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. Their genuine friendliness and attention to detail created a home away from home atmosphere that added immeasurable value to our stay. Beautiful, great location! the attention we received from the hosts were above and beyond. we were called by the host right after our reservation was made to check in and make sure if we needed anything upon arrival. He also asked for our phone number so he could check in with us the day we were getting in. no one provide service like that anymore, truly spectacular!

Honestly! Nothing could be better!! Probably for locals some kind of discount ! Is just an idea!! The reason to mention is that we are retired people who works but did not have our own business! Income was fairly good in my case! Still actually we retired!!

Absolute nothing

Location in the heart of old San Juan Hosts Eddie and Tisha were fantastic. Breakfast was lovely - starting the day in a very relaxing environment. Eddie plays in local band down in La Perla, if you want to experience local life, spend a few hours taking in the sounds of the beach and passionate music. WiFi was very good for those the 'need' to be connected all the time. Families and couples will love this gem.

Everything was perfect! The room and bathroom were very clean and the place is charming. We were particuraly happy with the hosts who tried their best to make the experience a unique one – from preparing a fresh and delicious breakfast every morning, to chatting with us and giving us recommendations of places to visit in San Juan.
