Location was amazing!! RIGHT next to the beach and pool in a gated community. The place itself was simply wonderful! Bed comfy, a nice big couch (I believe pulled out into a bed) strong wifi and full kitchen. It was so quiet at night and the full time residents were so kind I would 100000% Stay here again

The town of Aguada is nothing much, but we were close enough to go to Rincon easily for beaches and restaurants. The villa lacked a few things that places like this usually have, like dish towels, hand towels/washcloths, filters for the coffee maker, laundry detergent.

The location of the complex near Rincón, the specific location of this villa nearest the ocean, the convenient parking, the security, the tasteful decor, the sound of the waves crashing, the availability of AC or windows and ceiling fans, the responsiveness of Axel.

The only downside was not having any stores close by. We were hoping to be within walking distance of a grocery store or maybe even a restaurant, but we didn't find any near by that we could maybe walk to. It didn't ruin our vacation or anything, though. I would still recommend this place.

This stay was exactly what my husband and I wanted for our honeymoon. We were looking for a quiet, fun getaway, and this fit our needs. We loved the location on the beach and being able to wake up and drink our coffee on the porch or the beach if we wanted. The beds were surprisingly comfortable, and they had everything we needed from a coffee pot to a washer and dryer. My only regret is not taking more time to just relax here. Instead, we were always on the go, but this would have been the perfect place to just sit, relax, and forget about everything else. We would love to stay here again.

I wish they was a window on oceanside. Wish there was an outdoor dining space besides the community /pool area.

Pool could be heated a little. Jacuzzi was not heated either. Otherwise no complaints.

We were at this location last year in a different unit. It is a closed community. The place is fantastic secluded but still close to restaurants and the town. The owner was always available which is a great plus. This unit has one of the best location within the property. It was clean, well kept, and had all we needed to have a great time.

Wish it was easier to have a beach access.

It was cozy and clean. The pictures doesn’t do justice of how beautiful the place is. You can hear the ocean at night. And the place is quiet and secure. The villa has everything you need. I would highly recommend this place. I would love to comeback soon

I loved everything!

Loved the check in process, the communication and the location in Aguada. The parking , the amenities , everything really. Super comfortable for a family of 4, they had a cooler and an umbrella for the beach too! :D

The floor plans should have been opposite. Have the bedrooms and windows facing the beach.

The cozy villas were tucked away right next to the beach.

Good location, easy check in and out . Very closed to the beach, waves sound was nice even tho is not good for bathing. Facility was clean, bed was comfortable.

The villa was in a great condition. The bed was comfy, everything was clean and it had all the appliances you needed, including a washer and dryer. The property is in a gated community so it felt safe. It is steps away from the beach, you can hear the ocean at all times. The pool was always clean and well kept. There is a gas station and convenient stores close by. A lot of tourist areas near by. Definitely recommend this place! The host was very responsive and answered all my questions. It looks way better than the pictures!
