We stayed on the fifth floor -- there is no elevator. I should have checked that before booking.

The bed was not to comfortable. Aside from that place was a gem.

It was super secure and in a good location! CLEAN! :) and cozy The location was safe and mostly quiet, you do have some people at night walking from La placita nearby that were a bit rowdy but it wasn't to bad! Near everything that you would want to be by, they provided free parking but space was limited. However, there was plenty of street parking out side of the building

We had a lot of water dripping from the air conditioner each night and had to put a trash bin down to catch the water and we went through a few towels to keep the floors dry as it was getting all over the couch.

I liked the location of the property and ability to store our luggage before checking in. It was clean and the staff was responsive.

In a very good spot. You can walk to the beach in less than 10, and also to La Placita as well. About 12-15min from viejo San Juan.

The only problem we had with the property was the shower, the way it's set up got water all over the floor and it would pool around the toilet. We used a lot of the towels just to clean up the shower area.

A very clean and stylish room with very good air conditioning. Included a kitchen and silverware. Staff was very helpful and quick. Thank you! :)

The shower didn’t have a curtain and the water kept splashing out and the floor was all wet and slippery. The room and sheets smelled like motel witch was a little uncomfortable other than that it was ok

A bit of noise from the neighbors, you can hear most of what people next door are doing.

We needed a bigger pot to cook in. The one that is there was too small. The bathroom had molds, and that was very concerning. We contacted the office, and they said they would get in touch with us, but we never heard from anyone regarding the issue, and we stayed for 8 nights. The first night we got there, there were a couple roaches running around. We killed them and didn't see any more for the duration of our stay. We stayed 8 nights, and there was only 1 extra set of towels and sheets for us to change. There was also 1 set of beach towels, and we went to the beach a few times.

The room was very clean and spacious. There were pots and utensils, which made it easy for us to cook. The location was great. The supermarket, restaurants, and beach were close by..

Overall location is great! It helps you to navigate everything. The guesthouse is in the great location where you can walk a few minutes to the 24 hours supermarket (SuperMax). There are a few parking for guests which RARE to find on Puerto Rico, especially that area, so I think that is a big plus. The room is great, has FULL kitchen with silverwares! Massive restroom (just no curtain, but not a big draw). The communication to go in is via Booking.com msg, so ensure you check on that.

There is no shower curtain and water gets all over the bathroom floor even if you add a towel/bath mat. This causes the tile floor to be slippery and dangerous. This would be very easy to correct!

Easy to get in through keypad. Good security. Nice interior. Overall nice place.
