The shower was nearly no pressure, and tepid water at best (the water pressure made it challenging to clean out the sand from the beach). The beds were squeaky and barely could be called a mattress. Dish towels and dish rags would have been nice to have in the kitchen, as well as a dish drying rack. Extra towels available for beach would have saved us the time and hassle of finding beach towels immediately to purchase.

The location felt safe. The apartment and patio were exceptionally clean. The beach was so very close and the patio hammocks were a huge hit. The restaurant food was fantastic. Grateful for the broom and dust pan to keep up with the sand, and the coffee maker and toaster were very much appreciated.

The AC is right above the top bunk in the bedroom. Careful if you're sleeping there cause it'll get cold if the rest of the room wants a reasonable sleeping temp

Literally the perfect location. The beach next to the property outclassed crash boat in our opinion. We pretty much had it to ourselves and the water was phenomenal. There isn't really grocery stores nearby (in walking distance) so come stocked with snacks and stuff. Other than that the hammocks are great. Perfect way to unwind during our vacation

The beach by the property was not as clear as other beaches, but not too bad. Wish the living room also had air-conditioning that it was manageable and definitely prefer it in the bedroom to be able to sleep.

Great place, close to beach. Plenty of parking in the back. Just very loud at night, the people at the bar across the street were yelling and loud until 330, hard to sleep. Otherwise clean, some bugs but not many.

The mattress in one of the beds was too thin and not comfortable . The shower water pressure was very low. I think it should be replaced by a better quality shower head.

Location was noisy but this could have been due to it being over New Years. Used ear plugs to sleep.

Really enjoyed the beach, mostly had it to ourselves and nice sand. Spacious rooms. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

The sofabed could be better. It was small and a little uncomfortable.

This might be something out of the host reach, but the water pressure was minimal. It was a bit hard to shower. This of course was not a big inconvenience because we had so much fun and everything was so close to the location!

I loved the access to the beach with a quiet environment during the week. It is exactly what my family and I were looking for. The host was excellent and was able to help me immediately with the issue I had, even though it was late. The room seemed like a small and cozy home. The decoration was on point and I love the whale portrait on the wall! The church close to the location is amazing and feels great to go inside. My family and I went inside almost at closing time and the priest was very nice for letting us stay a bit longer.

Beds were not very comfortable, shower head was broken, there is a bar downstairs with very loud music. One night it continued to 2 AM, which was a bit disturbing.

We liked the proximity to the ocean beach and nearby restaurants, hammocks, outdoor showers, balcony, view, kitchen's equipment, towels and bed sheets.
