Close restaurants, quite, secure and beautiful views.

Excellent location, close to everything. The beach is right across the street, the pool is clean. The facilities are very clean and welcoming. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook there. The place is super quiet yet close to businesses and livelier places if you want to hang out. The service and communication with the host were excellent, and he was very friendly. I would definitely return.

The only drawback was that there was no washing machine or dryer/space to hang wet clothes, which would have been helpful during our stay.

We had a great time at this apartment! It was very clean and well-maintained, and Millie, the cleaning lady, was incredibly kind and helpful. We really appreciated the guide they provided with local activities—it made exploring the area much easier and more enjoyable. The apartment had a grill and a strong blender, which were perfect for making dinner and cocktails at home. The kitchen was also very well equipped, which we really appreciated. It was super convenient to have the beach right across the road, and we loved watching the sunset from the terrace.

Great location with restaurants down the road and the beach just across the street. The staff was very friendly and the condo was spotless! I was nervous as it was our first time to Puerto Rico but this condo was a great place to relax, save money by having a kitchen where we could cook. It was only about 20 minutes from Rincon, 20 minutes from Aguadilla and 40 minutes from Isabella.

It was perfect!

This place was absolutely perfect! It was extremely clean and updated, allowing us to feel very comfortable from the moment we arrived. We cooked meals every night and had everything we need available to us. The view from the front of the house and the roof could not be beat - beautiful beach with the most incredible sunsets! Directly across the street is amazing beach access and even a rope swing hanging from a tree, perfect for relaxing and taking pictures. The beach access was incredible, allowing us to swim whenever we wanted on a practically private beach. There was also a very short walk to other beaches and town, we did not have a car and had no problems making the most of the stay. The house also has a private pool in the back which was so lovely. The location was also so safe and everyone we met was more than kind. I felt so comfortable walking around the street after sunset and it was very quiet at night. Milly was also the most incredible host! She even offered us rides to and from the airport, and insisted she would pick us up if we ever returned! I hope to come stay here again and could not recommend it more!

When I wasn’t beach bumming, you’d find me lounging by the pool, soaking in the sun and enjoying some well-deserved R&R. The rooftop deck was the ultimate spot to watch the sunsets and unwind after a day of exploring Aguada’s charms. Air conditioning in every room—need I say more? It was like having my own personal chill zone amidst the tropical heat. Fast Wi-Fi to upload beach selfies or planning your next adventure, staying connected was a breeze. Perfectly situated to explore Puerto Rico’s west coast treasures—Rincon, Aguadilla, Domes, Survival, and all the beaches and waterfalls in between. Embracing that "locals vibe," this area gave me a true taste of Puerto Rican life—authentic, vibrant, and inviting. Shoutout to Milly for her hospitality! She’s the secret sauce behind this unforgettable stay, making sure every detail was just right and even stopping by to say hello. The smaller bedroom does have a queen bed so that was nice but it doesn’t have any windows and it only has a sliding door on it that doesn’t have a handle on either side. It made my sister in law feel claustrophobic. It would help to add a handle on both sides.

The inside was well furnished with everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom and bedrooms. We especially loved the rooftop and the sunset views. Just beautiful. They thought of providing a lot of things that many air bnb’s don’t think of. The pool was amazing and so enjoyable as it was really hot while we visited.

Couldn't watch TV, cable/antenna not connected or activated, not even for local channels. Outdoor furniture on top roof not available as shown on photos. Not a big deal but experience would have been a little better if ablevto watch TV.

Easy & self check in & out, condo decor, cleanliness, gate security, wifi connection, good communication with the condo management team, good location, ocean/beach view.

I loved the facility it was such a great place and a great view of the beach right infront of it the owner was great and communicated with us lovely awnsered us fast and attended to us great it was such a great experience went to the beach walking almost everyday I recommend this place to anyone and I'd buy this place out again when I visit.

I felt the advertisement photos were misleading.. The photos make this this condo appear to be on the water/beachside but it is instead across the street. What I thought was a beachside gazebo for my handicap father was not. The gazebo is actually on the roof and therefore useless for the needs of someone who cannot climb stairs or needs easy access to the beach. Also, really not much of a beach view at all within the confines of the walls, on the first floor. They were working on the exterior of the house daily, which I realize is to better the property but it was rather intrusive.. One day they were working loudly on the roof for hours, another day weed eating and maintenance all day, all which were noisy and started early! There are 3 security cameras in one small pool area. This is one house broken into 3 units. Instead of renting a private condo, it felt as if we were being watched/surveilled constantly. Handicap rails in the bathroom are needed and hooks to hang towels would be useful. The manual gate was kind of a real pain, especially in a very small area to navigate, park, etc. The stay was really nice but I would not have paid this kind of money to rent a condo, unless it was on the beach and with easy beach access, with comfortable seating close to the beach area. Also, there were dogs next door, which barked sometimes for hours and hours and at all hours.

The condo was very clean, beautifully decorated, with modern appliances. Mildred, the housekeeper was wonderful, warm, helpful, honest and kind! She went out of her way to help us! I cannot say enough nice things about her! Her gentleman friend, also very honest and personable, located us a handicap shower chair to use, which was literally a life saver! The owner allowed us a late check- out, which was very accommodating and appreciated, especially due to a late flight. The pool was very nice but could have used some rafts, noodles, anything. Security compound was nice for protection but blocked air throughout property. Air conditioning and fans inside were amazing. Furniture was comfortable with little extra touches inside which were nice and upscale. Liked self check in and check out. The neighbor next door, Natalie also helped us get supplies when we were stranded on a holiday, which was extremely nice and welcoming! If you have no problem with mobility, this would be a great place to rent. The deck upstairs is very beautiful.
